"I currently don't have anyone to help me carry the other paper bags. May I ask if the shop can deliver these instead?" Xiulan kindly asked the cashier lady. He was wearing a vertical black and white stripes long sleeved shirt with a black inner t-shirt. Very fashionable for a commoner so he might be someone from the upper class.

Due to his attire, Xiulan understood that he was obviously in a disguise. Xiulan quickly let go of her stare and minded her own business. She doesn't want to involve herself to any popular men. Her husband is already enough, she doesn't want any more headaches.

She crouched to get a good look on the items below. She may be wearing a dress but she doesn't care, she has shorts inside.

Suddenly, the handsome man approached her and asked "Beautiful miss, may I ask what is the best motherboard that I can purchase?" His voice was velvety and smoky to the ears. His voice has that mysterious feel in it. He's wearing sunglasses but she can feel his penetrating stare on her.

Xiulan stand up and glanced at her surroundings. "It's better if you ask someone from the store. I'm not particularly good at this." She gave him a humble smile. "I can call them for you."

"I may have to excuse myself. If you need any help you may ask the staff. I will go first." She said and quickly retreated the damn store. She can't handle the intense gaze coming from that man. It was both flattering and creepy in some way.

When she's a few steps away from the computer store, she can hear a man shouting. "Beautiful miss! Beautiful miss!" She glanced back and saw the handsome pale man running after her.

He stopped his tracks and he was slightly heaving. "May I ask if you are my brother Hongqi's dear wife?" He charmingly beamed at her. Xiulan doesn't get what this man is up to. He kept smiling and it creeps her out.

"Yes, I am. And you are?" Xiulan asked back. She can't lie and it's futile not to admit that she's not Hongqi's wife. Her face had been all over the internet and showbiz section of articles for a year now. 

"I am Han Pierre. I am close friends with your husband. Nice to meet you. I would like to ask you if we can have a quick dinner together." He invited and he still has that annoying handsome yet creepy smile on his face. He offered his hand for a handshake.

Xiulan's woman instincts is telling her that this man is dangerous but this is the first time that Hongqi's friend approached her to have dinner. She's aware that Hongqi threatened his male friends not to be friends with her, but this guy is trying to disobey that 'bro-code'.

She awkwardly shook his hands and tried to muster the most charming smile she can give. She must not let this man know that she's nervous of his presence. 

"Han Pierre. I kept hearing his name all throughout the day and now he finally appeared in front of me. He's also close to that haughty husband. What kind of bad luck is this?" She secretly grumbled. 

"My husband is very strict in eating dinner together. So I have to decline your dinner invitation. But if you don't mind, we can have quick chat in a tea shop." Xiulan kindly offered. "Hell no, I want to eat dinner with you." she subconsciously disagreed.

"I see. I didn't know that Hongqi likes to eat dinner with women. He usually just eat meat and leave." He ambiguously remarked. He didn't even care that Xiulan made a disgusted face on his remarks. They were still holding hands and his grip was very tight. Xiulan can't even pull her hands. If she tries to forcefully pull her hands, she might look rude. There are people looking and she must not lose her cool in a public place.

"What is this weirdo trying to do here? Is he trying to provoke me?" She's really annoyed of this predicament she's currently in.
