Hongqi stared at his wife's sleeping face while his hair was still wet from the shower. He was standing at the edge of the bed, topless with only boxer shorts. 

He roughly dried his hair first before he carefully slid himself inside the duvet and cuddled with his wife. Xiulan was still asleep and there's no sign that she'll be waking up from his movements.

"This rogue husband is even naughty while sleeping." Xiulan murmurs as she brushes his smooth hair. She was trying to sleep again while she brushes his hair but she suddenly hear Hongqi's silent sleep-talk.

Xiulan didn't mind what he was saying because she was trying to sleep again but for some reason that one sentence he uttered, managed to slip through her slightly deaf ears.

"Don't worry, she'll be back." She murmurs while she lay on the bed again and try to regain her sleep. She brushes his hair and coax the crying and sleeping Hongqi.

"Once she's back, I'm going to surrender you without any fight. You waited too long for her." She continues to brush his hair until she falls asleep with tears in her eyes too.
