"Sure, thank you." Xiulan picked champagne glass and this will be her fourth drink. For some reason, the champagne was really tasty and she kept drinking more.

Hongqi only smiled at her statement and removed his hands from her face. "Once we land we still need to ride a private seaplane. They don't travel during the night but I especially requested one. It'll take about 2 to 3 hours to get there."

"Okay… is the island too far?" Xiulan concernedly asked. She wondered why they have to travel for another three hours just to get to their destination.

Hongqi ambiguously smiled at her that causes his dimples to appear. "Yeah, the island is pretty small and I booked everything there. So it'll be only the two of us and of course a few staff."

Xiulan's eyes bulged from Hongqi's imperious proclamation. She stared at him shockingly.

"You what?!" She exclaimed. She loses her composure from his rather bold reveal.

"I said what I said. I booked a whole island for us." He snickered and sat on his seat again and put on the safety belts.

First, booking a whole building just for their reception. Second, he booked a whole island for their honeymoon. He's so filthy rich that he can rent the whole place so easily? Xiulan can't fathom how much money was spent just for this occasion. "Do people really spend so lavishly on weddings and honeymoons?" She asked herself.

She started guessing how many figures Hongqi spent. She was calculating everything inside her head and when she thinks about it, it stresses her so much. She sighed gloomily on her seat. She even forgot that it'll be just them and a few staff in that place, Hongqi has full control of the place.

Hongqi was watching her reaction all this time and he chuckled seeing her alarming expression. "So cute. You should prepare yourself, later, love."

They finally landed and hurriedly went to the connecting seaplane. Xiulan was in awe seeing the white sand and clear waters. Though it was dark but the place was still enchanting. While they are up in the air, Xiulan can see some parts of the ocean that was glowing.
