It was fine if the forceful kiss on the cheeks was the only one captured but they also captured the way she elbowed Hongqi like a criminal and ran away like an embarrassed teenager.

The netizens now calls her "Tsundere Wife". It was such an awful nickname. She's not even a hot and cold person.

Xiulan doesn't want to remember it anymore but damn even her employees would talk about it during break and lunch time. While her shareholders would use that card to pressure her to make Hongqi invest a huge amount of money in the company since they were a "sweet couple". She got dreadfully exhausted.

"Hateful people!" Xiulan silently cursed while she exits the parking lot's comfort room of the Golden Eagle Arena. She changed her clothes to casual clothes that worn by youngsters these days and a blonde wig with a white cap before meeting Lau Zhu in the parking lot.

It was a big day for fans of music and a drama since tonight's event, the Golden Eagle Awards, has finally arrived.

Not just fans but also two women who were thirsty to catch some punks in the said event. They were not sure if the terrorist will try to create chaos, hopefully not, but it's better to be vigilant.

Xiulan stopped for a while to fix the blonde wig under the white cap she's wearing when she suddenly stumbled with Gong Yuming and her team.

They just got out of their black van and they were walking towards the back door for the artists.

Thankfully, they didn't recognize Xiulan that's why they just passed her. But since they were not aware that Xiulan was there, Gong Yuming won't stop muttering mean comments about her.

"Hmp! I'm telling you, that marriage is false. They are married for almost half a year yet Hongqi's so called wife still blushes from a lousy kiss. Obviously, they are not close. If that were me, we could have made out!" Gong Yuming spouted like poison.

"Yuming-ah... please keep it down. That's not a nice thing to say in public." Gong Yuming's manager tried to coax her.

"I don't care!" Yuming brassily shouted. She's getting attention from people and they all grimaced by her trashy behavior.

Xiulan quickly escapes the area when the amount of people is quickly multiplying to eavesdrop. Heck, she doesn't want to get involved in a cat fight with that woman. She might get torn to pieces since she's aware how hateful that woman was to her.

She fully knows that Gong Yuming really hates her and might have cursed her to death a billion times. Well who wouldn't since Hongqi made Gong Yuming believe that she was his beloved. Then suddenly, a random woman like Song Xiulan appeared that robbed the title of being Xing Hongqi's wife. Very tragic!

Xiulan kinda pity the young actress. Yuming was full of dreams, hope and love for that wretched playboy. Thanked God she hates him and it's impossible to flourish unwanted feelings like that for Hongqi.

After walking for twenty minutes, Xiulan finally caught where Lau Zhu's Tesla car was parked. She dashed to the car and knocked on the window to get the sleeping Zhu's attention.

Lau Zhu's nap was interrupted by a wild knocking. She was about to go in rage but immediately the anger subsided when she saw that it was her new pretty boss.

"Mrs. Xing! Sorry, I was taking a nap." Lau Zhu opened the passenger door.

"It's alright." XIulan brightly smiled. "So have you seen someone suspicious yet? Sorry I was being so annoying this morning. I kept asking for an update." Xiulan's bright smile switched to an apologetic expression.

"Ah no. It's fine. Receiving orders from you are far better than receiving morning instructions from Young Master Mo." Lau Zhu slandering Mo Dejiang.

Xiulan chuckled at Lau Zhu's mean comments against Dejiang.

"By the way, I have something for you." Xiulan suddenly remembered the fake wig and the android tablet for Lau Zhu to use in their mission. She handed out the items to Lau Zhu.

"A tablet?" Lau Zhu confusedly asked. She doesn't know why they would need a tablet.

"Use the CCTV hacker app that I installed. You will be able to check all the existing CCTV footages within the area as long as you'll be able to connect to the wifi. Don't worry about the wifi password, the app can automatically hack it." Xiulan nonchalantly explains while she rummages through her bag. She's checking if she forgot something.

"Wow… really?" Lau Zhu was suddenly amazed and her eyes glimmered in adoration on the tablet she was holding. "Did you create it?" She can't help but ask.

"Yes." Xiulan affirmed.

"amazing!" Lau Zhu praised. She now found a new kind of respect for Xiulan. Not only she was already perfect, but add that she's incredibly smart and the word perfect was not enough.

"Use the long blonde wig as well. We must have different disguise every event." Xiulan explains again.

"Yes." Lau Zhu agrees. "Oh wait! I have something for you as well." Lau Zhu suddenly remembers the silencer she acquired from her 'brothers' awhile ago. She handed a black fanny pack to Xiulan.

"What is this?" Xiulan asks while she unzips the fanny pack. Her hands suddenly trembles when she saw that it was a gun, specifically a silencer.

"Zhu… do I really need to use one?" Xiulan hesitantly touches the gun. It's been so long since she last held one.

Xiulan's father was a respectable general before he retired; he used to train the Song sisters on how to use different types of guns.

It was for their self defense in case something harmful happens to them. Rich daughters and sons were always the target of notorious kidnappers back in the day and until now. Knowing how to snatch one from the culprits and use it without harming oneself was the main point of the training.

Though Xiulan was more into close combat using a baton or a wooden sword since she used to be in a kendo club. She also knows a little bit of archery and gun tricks. Long range combat was all required by her father.

Her long range skills are now all rusty since she was only in junior high when she last held a gun and bow. During her college days, all she did was study and eat.

Then after graduation, she works too much and always in front of a computer. The only time she had a decent physical activity was during a marathon for their university's 66th anniversary. Then the gym sessions that Hongqi advises her to attend.

"Yes, Mrs. Xing. Just for precaution, you need a long range weapon. A baton won't be of help when the enemies started firing their bullets." Lau Zhu explains. She's not always beside Xiulan so it's better if her pretty boss can at least protect herself somehow.

Xiulan sweated. She's not fully confident using these type of weapons anymore but Lau Zhu has a point.

"Yes, you are right. I just hope I won't kill anyone or myself with this." Xiulan awkwardly smiled at Lau Zhu.

Lau Zhu smiled back. "Don't be nervous. Let's just hope you won't need to use it today so we can have a practice shoot on the next days." Lau Zhu added.

Xiulan only nodded. She checked the silencer and the other small items inside the bag. The gasped when she saw a flash grenade.

"You even have a flash grenade in here." Xiulan pointed out.

"In case we need to escape, we need that as a distraction. I also have a sound bomb as well in case we run out of flash grenade." Lau Zhu explains more.

"Wow! I am now thankful that I hired you for this mission. All I have in this brain of mine was use my hacking skills to eliminate them and use my poor combat skills in case they beat me up. I wouldn't have thought of using these to be honest." Xiulan confessed.

Lau Zhu chuckled. "Please also thank Young Master Dejiang. He was the one who assigned me to help you." Lau Zhu trying to bring goodness in Dejiang's name.

"Ah yes yes! Dejiang is god sent. Let me thank him personally again next time." Xiulan brightly smiled.

"Oh, young master. You better raise my salary." Lau Zhu secretly muttered.

Xiulan's phone suddenly rang loudly making the both of them startled in surprise.

"Ah, it's that darn husband again." Xiulan annoyingly muttered as she looks at her phone.

Lau Zhu glanced at Xiulan's face and the annoyed expression was evident. Zhu wonders what Mrs. Xing's husband did this time. The romantic kiss was all over the internet and made everyone gossip like old ladies. Zhu thought that this may be the cause of Mrs. Xing's bitter expression.

"Hello." Xiulan coldly answered.

"Dear, are you in the Golden Eagle Arena?" Hongqi asked for the nth time today.

"Ho—I mean hubby… Ehem. Didn't I tell you that I will message you once I'm there? Okay?" Xiulan said. She was about to say Hongqi's name but since Lau Zhu was with her, she must continue her Mrs. Xing persona.

Calling him with endearments was the best thing to do at this kind of scenario. She also lied that she's not in the arena yet. She doesn't want to see that playful devil while she's concentrating in this mission. It'll just give her a foul mood.

"Alright. Call me if you have arrived in GEA. Okay? Don't forget!" Hongqi dutifully reminded Xiulan for the seventh time today.

Hongqi just finished a call with Xiulan again and he seems restless.

When he received a message from one of Xiulan's shadow guards earlier that his little wife left the office as early as 2 PM. Which was out of the norm so he immediately bombarded her with phone calls.

He kept calling and asking her if she's already in GEA vicinity already. Xiulan patiently answered all of his calls but he was still restless!

Even Secretary Yang Bo and the other staff felt that their boss was being unreasonably clingy to his wife today.

They are now speculating that their majestic boss is lovestruck. He was never like this to any of his women before. It was really weird seeing him like a father bombarding his daughter to go home early.

Secretary Yang Bo was not sure know anymore if the young master was still doing this for his good image or he was only genuinely worried. Besides, the madam is a really nice woman. Anyone would like to protect a someone like her.Lately, his young master would always try his best to go home and pester their aloof madam.

It was such a refreshing sight and everyone in the XRE is happy because the young master is in a good mood. They now have a huge respect towards Mrs. Xing.

Xiulan and Tzu blended with the Andy Gao fans. Though they have zero knowledge about Andy Gao, they managed to fool the other fans that they were indeed hardcore fans like them.

They have decided to go in line now so they can still roam around inside before the first performance starts.

"Are you a fansite master?" One fan suddenly asked Xiulan. The fan was also in line.

Thanked goodness she knows the terms. Ever since she started researching about these award shows, she acquired new knowledge and fan terms.

"No, I'm just a regular fan." Xiulan tried to convince the young fan.

"Really? You look like a fansite master and you even have fancy gadgets with you. Five out of 10 fansite masters usually have blonde hair." The girl uttered and pointed out her huge SLR camera.

Her camera will be used as binoculars. Her camera has nice zooming capabilities and can takes crisp HD photos even if the subject was too far away.

"Ahh... is that so?" Xiulan sweated and glanced at the SLR hanging on her neck and the tablet on her lap. The girl was right. She really looked like a big fansite master. Add that her hair is blonde too. Female fansite masters would dye their hair blond because of aesthetic and fashion reason just to be somewhat par with their idols.

Xiulan awkwardly smiled at the nosy girl and corrected her again that she was not a fansite master.

The girl stopped pestering her and they all concentrated on their own business.

It's been an hour and a half have passed and there are no signs of threat or suspicion. They are now inside the arena. Xiulan and Zhu are taking their time to secretly look for the blind spots.

After finding some of the blind spots, they decided to look for their seat so they can monitor the CCTVs on the tablet.

Once they found their seat, the two of them busied themselves on the CCTVs and checking suspicious fans around.

The event has started and the first performer was a rookie girl group that managed to be phenomenally got famous in just two months. The arena went bonkers once the girl group performs.

At the same time, Xiulan's phone kept ringing and it was Hongqi again.

"Darn this man." Xiulan muttered first then she excused herself from Lau Zhu that she'll just answer the call in the hallway since it's far more silent in there.

Xiulan was about to press the answer button when her attention was caught by group of men with the same uniform that the punks she saw in the last event.

She was staring at them for a few seconds when more men suddenly appeared from her left side wearing the same uniform.

It was like a slow moment when her eyes caught the two culprits last time. Her blood suddenly went boiling when she heard the group of men talk.

"We could just kill them all now. Just throw a powerful grenade at them then bam!" One of the men said and they all laughed like an evil specter.

The group of men were all walking towards a fire exit, which is a blind spot from the CCTVs.

Xiulan suddenly looks at her surrounding if there were guards or marshals present but neither was close enough to saw the men going inside the fire exit. They were all inside trying to catch fans that were trying to cause trouble or they were too far away.

"Shit." Xiulan cursed.

Instead of answering Hongqi's call, she ended it instead and calls Lau Zhu.

"Mrs. Xing." Lau Zhu immediately answered.

"Meet me outside. We must stop them before they try to do something funny." Xiulan instructed and ended the call. After that, she quickly placed all of her gadgets inside her backpack except the tablet so she can move easier and still monitor those punks.

While sloppily putting the items inside her bag, she saw the black fanny pack that contains the silencer.

She gulped before touching the bag. She's not sure if she needs it now but to be safe, she took the two flash grenades and two sound bombs instead.

She silently whispered a prayer. She hopes that she won't need the silencer. Her baton and these small items were all the item she needs. If it results the need to use the silencer, everything will be bloody and that's not part of what she plans to happen.
