He thought that this will be the last time they'll see each other and this is the last time Yuming will be to do such things on him.

Their relationship was pure lust. He enjoyed the woman's submissiveness and the jealous eyes of his colleagues. Yuming is no doubt the "it girl" in her generation and she did her best to get where she is right now.

"I will be a good girl. Please, don't leave me." Yuming is doing her best to get Hongqi's good side again. She doesn't care about her image anymore. If she has to kiss his feet she'll do it.

"Yuming... I want you to know that I really do enjoy whatever we had before. But I'm a married man soon. My future wife is more important than any woman. I don't want to cause any trouble from now on." Hongqi said and coldly stared at her before he moved to his chair to have a sit.

Yuming gawked at him while he moves away from her. She can already taste her defeat.

Hongqi glanced at Yuming before he opens one of the drawers and takes out a cheque book.

"The condominium unit and the Starbucks branch in district R that I gave to you before are all named to you if you didn't know. I don't have any plans in getting back the gifts I gave to women that pleasured me." Hongqi sternly said. He grabbed a pen and started writing Yuming's name and a thirteen million yuan amount on the cheque.

"Here." Hongqi put the cheque in front of him and Yuming. He looked at Yuming and icily said

"Thirteen million yuan.... that's a lot of money to start a business or acquire a huge asset from the top five companies."

"A condominium at the heart of city S's most expensive district, plus an ownership for Starbucks branch in city S's most luxurious mall, plus thirteen million yuan compensation. If you still keep on appearing in front of me then I might have to ban you in S city." he darkly added. This time his tone has more threat and the humor he had awhile ago completely vanished.

Yuming wasn't able to utter a word. She just nodded, bowed her head, took the cheque and quietly exited Hongqi's office.

"Well, that was easy." Hongqi muttered. He must end whatever relationships he has on different women. He will start it tomorrow. Of course it's not only Gong Yuming who he's currently seeing.

The rumors are really true about him. He has a lot of money. So what will he do with that kind of money? Of course splurge it on business, luxury and women.

But he never thought that his women problems would be a huge hassle from this point. He has to be careful from now on.

Hongqi heaved a long sigh before he started to read the urgent documents on his desk. He was about to sign the first document when Secretary Yang Bo hastily called his attention.

"Master Hongqi, I looked at the hallway CCTV and it seemed that Miss Song Xiulan came in while you were with Miss Gong Yuming." Yang Bo reported and handed him the tablet device with the CCTV footage.

Yang Bo already made a comparison video of what was happening inside Hongqi's office and in the hallway. Xiulan definitely saw something that she shouldn't have. It was at the exact moment that Yuming kissed him when Xiulan peeked inside the room.

Hongqi heaved a sigh again, this time it was longer and full of stress. When will his women problems end?

He gave back the device to Yang Bo and quickly signed the first document on his hands.

"Please come to Seven Dragons Garden to get the rest of the files. I'll be having my dinner with Xiulan there." Hongqi said and gathered the other unfinished documents inside a file case and took it with him before he got out of his office.

He was kind of nervous that Xiulan might get a malicious idea between him and Yuming. He must clear this immediately. As possible he wanted Xiulan to have a different image of him. He must be a gentleman and the perfect husband to her eyes. He wouldn't let the scandals and the bad rumors ruin their good relationship.

When he's about to get inside his car, he saw Xiulan taking a nap. She must have been very tired from all the shopping and also the drama awhile ago.

He got in inside the car and created a loud noise when he closed the door. It woke up Xiulan from her slumber.

"You're back." Xiulan sleepily said. She was squinting her eyes before she rub it with her right hand.

"I'm sorry I took so long. There were a lot of problems in the office." Hongqi said and pressed on the word 'problems'. He concentrated on Xiulan's reaction.

Just like a hawk, he eyed every movement on Xiulan's face and body language. If he saw something out of the ordinary then she must be upset. He'll try to coax her.

"Did you manage to fix it? I saw Gong Yuming. It must be something important." She yawned and quickly fixed her sitting posture. Xiulan honestly included Gong Yuming. She's not jealous or anything but she was just completely curious why Gong Yuming was there.

"Yeah. I still have some documents to sign but it can wait. Yuming was there to visit me and I ended my relationship with her. She will not interfere anymore, so no worries." Hongqi nonchalantly assured.

"Hongqi, please don't mind me. We're getting married for our own benefits. You can still date her but please don't get caught by the public. My family has a reputation to protect." Xiulan said and her face says it all that she's not bothered by him having a mistress but she's more worried by her family's reputation. Xiulan will be marrying him but he must at least be considerate.

Hongqi was taken aback by Xiulan's words. If he was in his naughty state then he might have tons of side chicks even without Xiulan's consent. But it's different now. He must have a nice image this time. He'll be back to his demon state when everything is under his control.

He needs to win Xiulan's heart and the people of S city. If he manage to clean his image after getting married, then everything will be easy.

"Uhm... Xiulan, I want this marriage of ours to be in good harmony. Excess baggage like third parties is unnecessary. I want this marriage to be problem free as much as possible." Hongqi said and peeked at Xiulan's expression.

He can't afford to make her upset. She's the key to his win in the next election. She might not think of it but she's a huge asset for his upcoming campaign and he will not let anybody ruin his plans.

If he has to stay loyal to her then he will do it. He already had a fair share of his own harem before. He doesn't need that anymore.

His soon to be wife only curled her nose and scratch the tip of it. Xiulan usually do that kind of gesture or mannerism when she's not sure if she'll agree or disagree on to something.

"Alright." she said. "But you can openly date anyone since I'm not gonna give you any sexual pleasures." Xiulan bluntly said like she didn't say anything explicit. Her blank face and calm demeanor made her look like an ice queen. She really has no intention in making their relationship move to the next level.

Hongqi snorted on what he heard and cheekily smiled. No woman has ever refused his advances. He'll make Xiulan beg for him. Though he doesn't have any special feelings for his future wife, she's still important like a friend and ally. Also he likes making stubborn women beg for him. This will be fun for him.

Since everything is in his favor, though he still doesn't know what's inside Xiulan's head, he proudly knows he can solve whatever problem arises between them. His mood got better than ever before. He started putting on the safety belt and drove the car to Seven Dragons Garden.
