Zhang Yan quieted down and sat cross-legged on his bed. He took out one Cloud Spiritual Grass in his hand and practiced Asura Change. Several clouds of refined spiritual gas were given off from the Cloud Spiritual Grass and then absorbed into Zhang Yan's body. By cultivating Asura Change, he transformed the refined spiritual gas into spiritual energy which entered his Dantian through his meridians.

Though no technique level was superior to others in Asura Change, Zhang Yan surmised that the Ausra Change itself would be of high level. In the ancient desolate era, races stood in great numbers. All races fought against the heaven and the earth for survival. Human Race had been the weakest race. In countless attempts, lots of benevolent ancestors created cultivation techniques. The cultivation technique of a warrior meant that the warrior transformed the natural gas which was absorbed from outside world into spiritual energy by cultivating. That was how they had improved their fighting capacity and developed into the largest race from war times until now.

He broke through to the third level of Xiantian Stage, the peak of the third level of Xiantian Stage and then the fourth level of Xiantian Stage. His cultivation developed at an increasing speed until he achieved the peak of the fourth level of Xiantian Stage. Four spiritual energy cyclones were rotating fast in his Dantian while the fifth cyclone was taking shape slowly. However, Zhang Yan's cultivation fell into bottleneck.

The formation of each spiritual energy cyclone worked as a bottleneck to each warrior. Zhang Yan broke through to the peak of the fourth level of Xiantian Stage abruptly based on his three-year accumulated strength. The latest bottleneck caused a pause to his cultivation growth, but he took out a Cloud Spiritual Grass and continued cultivating rather than give up.

Zhang Yan controlled the spiritual energy in his Dantian well and tried to condense the spiritual energy into a cyclone. When the last Cloud Spiritual Grass was drained by Zhang Yan, he broke through to the fifth level. The fifth cyclone was formed in his Dantian, which meant that he was an expert of the fifth level of Xiantian Stage. At this moment, Zhang Yan was covered with sweat due to hard cultivating.

When Zhang Yan opened his eyes, it got dark outside. He pushed the door to the yard and looked at the moon hanging in the sky. He was not sleepy in the sultry weather without a sweep of wind.

"In the soft moonlight, why not go bathing in the river?" As soon as he got the idea, he walked toward the back of Qingyuan School.

He knew there was a river in the back mountain and a waterfall in the upper reaches. Outer court disciples usually took a bath beside the river after they trained in sword skills. It was very convenient.

Zhang Yan originally thought no one would stay on the back mountain at midnight, but he saw several disciples cultivating beside the river. He didn't want to disturb them, so he had to walk up along the river.

After a while, he found that no one appeared in this river reach and the water was clear and cool. Without thinking, he stripped and jumped into the river. The cooling water covered his body instantly. "Oh", he sighed comfortably with his eyes closed. He suddenly hit upon an idea. He wanted to watch the waterfall in the upper reaches. At the thought he swam up along the river.

Just for a while, he swam into the open water. The water, surrounded by forests, ran slowly. The moon was reflected in the water, which added beauty to the quiet and charming scenery.

While Zhang Yan was enjoying the scenery, the water surface over ten meters away from him fluctuated with a clatter and then the reflected moon followed the bobbing waves gently. A pretty figure appeared out of the water. She got up, naked. She tossed her hair back, with some water drops flying out and then stirring the water surface, while some other drops flowing along her white and smooth skin. Her full bust and slender waist were provoking people's longing.

Zhang Yan was totally amazed by the scene. He stared at the fairy with his eyes wide open. She was totally exposed to him face to face. Zhang Yan's eyes traveled her body but stopped in her waist below which was immersed in the water.

He couldn't help sighing in his mind, "What a fantastic beauty, except that the water gets too high."
