“You…” When Shen Yin saw Yun Shan lying on top of the sheets she had carefully chosen, she could no longer hold back her tears. Scalding hot tears rose in her throat and she could not speak.

“Shen Yin, you were the one who let Ah Chen down first. You can't blame us. Since you and Ah Chen can never reconcile, just let me have him.” Yun Shan propped herself up and looked Shen Yin up and down mockingly. “Your matronly look has long turned Ah Chen off.”

But he had seen Shen Yin's greedy expression and how she had been too shy to say anything, so he had casually brought it up.

Shen Yin immediately walked to the counter and happily ordered a few of her usual dishes.

She could finally smell the familiar aroma of delicious food through the curtain hanging over the kitchen door. It was the smell of home, which she could never find overseas.

The dishes were served very quickly. Shen Yin was about to drool. Just as she was about to pick up her chopsticks and dig in, a furtive figure outside the glass window caught her attention.

“Mom, that person's bag probably doesn't belong to him.” Shen Yin was chewing on a large mouthful of beef, her eyes half-closed in satisfaction. Indeed, Chinese food was more fragrant.
