Holy Akashic Conqueror 62 On the Island 2/2

Aske Asmodeus with a curious voice. They were negotiating with Tepes House about the certain sensitive issue. The negotiations were already going for several days for this issue but they still couldn't come to create some agreement.

"About this, I have good news. They have agreed to our proposal under several conditions. Most of them aren't that important but they mainly want full access to every type of knowledge or magic that we came across in the future in exchange for their full support and being part of our plan."

Asmodeus was rather happy. He proposed a certain proposition to the Tepes House and in the exchange of acceptance of that proposition they wanted full access to all kind of knowledge basically, which was a rather good bargain. They were always like that, completely uninterested in worldly affairs and politics, only caring about their research and magic. But thanks to their nature there weren't any conflicts between Tepes House and Aeon House.

Aeon House was more militaristic and fighting House. They were focused on fighting with demons, other ghoul or creatures and they weren't much interested in researching some technology advances or magic-like things like Tepes House.

"Then its good, they were always interested only in two things. Researching magic and technology and drinking blood. Nothing else couldn't catch the attention of them. By this, we could obtain what we need and they would also be satisfied as they could research many new things."

Butler Sebastian nodded his head, agreeing to the words of the Asmodeus. Then Asmodeus stood up and walked to the window and started observing the Magitek Infantry soldiers. There were several of them, composed of Armored Assassins and Armored Swordsmen.

Armored Assassin was equipped with a blade in both hands, as most of the magitek soldiers it was tall around two meters and his eyes glowed red. Its main strength was in its high-speed movements and high attacking speed with two blades. They have high resistance against elemental damage and also they are very good at attacking vital points of the enemy.

Armored Swordsman on the other side was equipped with only one weapon and that was engineered sword to kill enemies with overwhelming strength. They were a little weaker than their comrades Armored Assassins, cause Armored Swordsman was base of the Magitek Infantry Army or by another term, they were cannon fodder. But they were able to still create massive damage to the enemy by using their engineered sword. Even though they had slower attacking speed and movement speed compared to the Armored Assassin unit, they had built-in firearms that are rather troublesome to deal with.

"Sebastian look at this. Wonders created by Magitek technology. Even ordinary soldiers created by inferior materials, as we don't have any suitable metals for the creation of magitek infantry as described in the book, but they could still reach Mid-Grade Baron standards. With them, we were able to conquer the first layer of that underground world and could defend against demon much easier compared to the past. Thanks to magitek we were able to obtain much more blood essences and thus raise the strength of our race."

Said Asmodeus about benefits of Magitek technology for the time.

"And yet, we're still at the beginning of the real Magitek Civilization itself. We were able to unlock only a first part of that book and we didn't even comprehend entire part itself."

He could see several magitek infantry soldiers that were fighting against some Sacred Devourer Ghoul at the baron rank at their equals. It was a truly wondrous sight.

"And what is the state of the expedition to the second layer of the underground world? As first is already within our control we could try to gain control over the second layer. I have heard that are some unusual metals down there."

The main reason behind expedition and conquering that layers were that starting with second layer, some unusual metals which didn't belong to this world started appearing. Probably it had something to do with that portal down there. Asmodeus wanted to conquer that layer too so he ordered for scouting expedition to go there and look at the situation there.

"From the reports, we could conclude the existence of some weird metals is the truth. We have managed to obtain a sample and it could be used in construction magitek soldiers and some magitek weapons. But problem is that on the second layer there is a huge number of baron ranked demons. We would need to send almost all magitek infantry soldier plus soldiers from both Aeon House and Tepes House. And for safety one Viscount Ranked combatant would be recommended."

The second layer of the underground was confirmed to be full of baron ranked demons. Fortunately, not much of them were actually strong or something. They would only need to exterminate them but they had much higher numbers. Even so, Asmodeus still planned to attack and occupy the second layer because of those rare metals that could be used to construct long-ranged magitek weapons.

"When would we have enough troops be prepared for the start of the operation?"

Looked Asmodeus at butler Sebastian as he asked.

"Several months. We need to produce many more magitek infantry soldiers and some of our soldiers need to reach Kakuja V1 also."

Several months wasn't a very long period to wait for something important as this. Some things can't be rushed or else it would lead to a great catastrophe.

"That's good. We now only have to wait for several months to obtain and completely conquer the second layer. Now that Washuu Clan is no longer a problem for the time, as Lucien is already working on it, there doesn't exist threat of their dogs sneaking on our island to create troubles."

Stated Asmodeus as he was watching Magitek Infantry Soldiers that were fighting against some Sacred Devourer Ghoul. These were the facts. As Lucien was dealing with Washuu Clan, they won't have another chance to sneak onto the Blood Island to create troubles like the last time. And after they would suffer greatly at Lucien's hands this time, they won't even be thinking about sending their forces to another place than Japan.
