Explained Zelretch to Xenos in hurry. Even though he was Administrator of Akashic Records and one of stronger one, he was nothing in front of Xenos. When Xenos heard that he stopped and started to search something through the Akashic Records.

"God-Devil System? Isn't that Akashic-Grade artifact that forged God-Devil before I killed him? Wasn't that thing lost a long time ago, shortly after he died?"

Asked Xenos in surprise. That was because he was the one that killed entity called God-Devil for stealing a fragment of Akashic Record and creating Akashic-Grade Artifact without any approval from the Akashic Record itself. What was worst he hid the artifact and it remained hidden until it was found out by Administrator Kelemvor. It was located in God-Devil Plane, which was a very special place.

"Yes. Now, look at this. This is a life of that kid and all his experiences till now. His name is Lucien Etras di Aeon."

Said Zelretch as he took out the crystal ball and gave it to Xenos. This crystal ball was created by Jeweled Sword Zelretch and it recorded Lucien's life. Xenos took the crystal ball from his hands and started viewing its content. It took him several minutes to finish it and now he had a happy expression on the face.

"That kid is good. Who could think that when he was going through the test for Executor that idiot Kelemvor would choose random summoning. Hhha."

Laughed Xenos at Lucien's good luck. If Kelemvor chose some monster by himself Lucien would probably lose in an instant, but lady luck was on his side and his enemies were a bunch of dumb ogres. If he had only chosen something with a higher intelligence that could actually think.

"So what do you think Xenos?"

"Why do I have a feeling that you are using me for some scheme of yours, Zelretch?"

Asked Xenos in dissatisfied voice. From the start of this conversation he felt that Zelretch was scheming something, or to be more precise, Kelemvor was the culprit. Seeing that Zelretch was somewhat ignoring him, after a short pause he continued talking.

"I have two conditions. First, he needs to obtain God-Devil System within hundred years. Second I want him to go to that place when he is stronger. Don't think you could manipulate me only because that kid has my bloodline in him, but as I don't want to hear from you that I am a heartless creature, give him this book when he will arrive at God-Devil Plane."

Stated Xenos and took out the huge old looking book and gave it to Zelretch. From that book could be felt huge energy and profundity. The book itself had leather covers and simple title, one-word 'Magitek'.

"This could help him with some things. But don't forget about the deal and you must persuade him to enter that place. If he doesn't agree to enter that place then I won't be doing anything and I won't teach him."

Zelretch took the book and stored it away. He thought about the condition of entering that dammed place but he knew he would be able to persuade Lucien by using some tricks or something similar. He knew that book was a gift to help them conquer some territory cause Lucien didn't have numbers. Magitek technology was a very special one cause it combined together magical energy with science, giving birth to Magitek.

Zelretch knew that this could help Lucien and his race to conquer some territories in God-Devil Plane after they master this technology and obtain energy sources. Lucien's race was too few in numbers so even when having powerful cultivators they can't oversee huge territories. Fortunately, Magitek would do that part.

"With Magitek he could do his duty as Executor of Akashic Records easier."

This was one of the primary objectives of Zelretch. One he wanted to make Xenos, Lucien's master and secondary he wanted obtain Magitek Book. Yes, he would give it to Lucien but now it was in his hands. Complete Magitek. It would be really magnificent to see the birth of the new magitek civilization once again. Last magitek civilization perished countless eons ago.

On the other side, Xenos was aware of this, but he needed one thing. Inheritor of his position, so he could do something else than fighting against most troublesome enemies around. When Zelretch found someone of his blood and Xenos saw that kiddo, he saw potential in him and decided to risk it.

Xenos was also aware of fact that Zelretch wanted to obtain Magitek Book at least for some time because this was the last complete book of Magitek. But what Zelretch didn't know was fact that book was specially remade and it would open only to the blood of Sacred Devourer.

He was Protector Regent of Akashic Records for a very very long time. Even though it was still better than being Administrator, cause he had much more freedom, he still had to do some task and now he wanted only one thing. Sleep and drink tea. So inheritor was his chance to sleep most of his time.

"Xenos as the expert, what do you think about that Divine Warrior Cultivation System that God-Devil created when he was still alive?"

Asked Zelretch with curiosity. In the multiverse, there were countless cultivation systems. Some were extremely formidable and could allow you cultivate to the peak. Some of the other sides were nothing more than trash. And some were just troublesome, just like a Divine Warrior Cultivation System created by God-Devil.

"Tricky. Even though it could be said to be one of the weaker ones, it gives you special abilities even at lower stages of cultivation. For example even teleportation, spatial manipulation could be achieved in lower stages of our cultivation system. And what's more, it gives you a Nascent Soul and other tricky things that are hard to deal with. We could conclude that to deal with these cultivators is very tiresome unless you have a special counter method or just overwhelming them with strength."

Zelretch could only nod at his words. He wasn't such expert on cultivation systems like Xenos but even he could tell shortcoming of this one. But what's more was fact that Divine Warrior Cultivation System was incomplete cause Administrator God-Devil was killed by Xenos before he could finish the entire system.

It was common knowledge in some way that only Administrators had the power to create completely perfect cultivation systems that could allow people cultivate to peak. But since God-Devil was killed by Xenos and Xenos took original manuscripts, this cultivation system was doomed to be incomplete. It was also because Xenos wasn't bothered to finish the system and even when it would be finished he wouldn't give it to anyone and it would end as the trophy.

Inside dark cave, there was a huge altar and Zelretch was putting book titled Magitek on the altar before taking many red-crystals and putting them around the altar. There were around hundreds of red crystal required to construct countless Magitek inventions. That were Magitek Cores, used to construct Magitek Weapons.

"Kukuku... And we could only wait until its found."

Laughed Zelretch in the darkness. Birth of the new magitek civilization going to be soon. When Lucien would leave that Low-Grade world and obtain necessary resources everything could start.
