"Give me an overall report on the situation in the entire Signa System." Commanded Lucien as he sat down on his throne.

"Yes, Your Highness." Said one of the information officers, as he brought a magitek device with him.

"After Your Highness eliminated all mutated beasts in the underground world, we have managed to control entire Planet Ilter. All mutated beasts that cannot be used for breeding purposes and transported away, were directly killed and immediately refined into Blood-Essence Pills. Right now we have already started building Level-1 Portable Fortified Stronghold, these kinds of Magitek Structures already required Dimensional Void Crystals to function perfectly, so we are waiting for the materials to arrive from the Imperial Capital. After Level-1 Portable Fortified Stronghold is built here, we could start building Magitek factories at full scale." Reported officer as he was reading it from his recording device.

"What about Signa System?"

"In regard to Signa System, we have started searching it through, and from several planets, in the entire system only one had civilization present, but it is too primitive, their strongest person is around Type 4 Divine Warrior in their cultivation system, so we have annihilated their entire civilization and used their corpses as food for mutated beasts on the Breeding Planets. In regard to resources, several planets are extremely rich in various metals and precious herbs that could be used in Alchemy. We have already started mining on asteroids, and then we will move onto planets."

"Good. After Level-1 Portable Fortified Stronghold is built, focus on expanding our fleet. It is too tiny. Within one year, I want to have at least another one hundred Ardent-Class Battleships here. With population boon from the devourification process of evolved zombies, our population will rise drastically, so we will have enough of the workforce for all of our projects. Additionally, built enough Magitek Towers to cover the entire planet, so when we construct Level-3 Portable Fortified Stronghold in the future when to have enough rare materials, we could cast Sky-Net over the entire Planet Ilter, that would also cover more than half of the Signa System."

Sky-Net was basically an energy network created from at least one Level-3 Portable Fortified Stronghold, and several Level 2 and Level-1 Portable Fortified Strongholds, with countless Magitek Towers acting as support. It was able to suppress the cultivation of cultivators to a significant amount. For example, if Jindan Realm entered suppression Sky-Net he would be no different from ordinary mortal, same for Yuanying Realm, that would be suppressed down to the Houtian Realm. "You may leave." Commanded Lucien with a dignified voice as he was in deep thought. After officer bowed and left, Lucien went to another room, where the Flerken Egg was stored, and still absorbing void energy from a simple array that some Magister made for it.

He took out one of the Void Stones and looked a bit at the Void Stone. He felt that if he absorbed them, he could break through to the Jindan Realm in Void Immortal Path, right now, but alas he decided against it as he wanted to use them to hatch the Flerken Egg. He also, knew that he would break through either way, only maybe a few months later.

After he put the Void Stone to the formation, the formation started glowing violently, and draining pure energy of the void from the Void Stone, and directly send it to the Flerken Egg, that was absorbing it madly. This process repeated itself until every Void Stone was basically eaten as a snack, by the Flerken Egg without any problem.

After that, Lucien started supplying his own void energy to the Flerken Egg, as he sat down cross-legged in hope, that the Egg would hatch. And his hopes would be fulfilled as the egg started shaking violently, and the eggshell was slowly breaking down.

After several minutes, it broke down completely and the only small little ginger kitten was laying on the pedestal, where the egg was. It looked very tiny and so innocent. Lucien still knew that even newly born Flerken was deadly dangerous. He took a small step forward, and cut his finger to bring out a few Bloodline Source Blood drops. He gave it to the Flerken egg, so he was repeating it to bring out the familiarity with newly born Flerken.

Little kitten flerken senses familiar blood and listed the Bloodline Source Blood drops from Lucien's finger. After that, it moved its little head, still with closed eyes, and looked at Lucien, and after a short time, it nodded several times, and released "meow". Then it started purring.

Lucien took the baby flerken to his embrace and hold it close. Right now was the flerken only newly-born, so it was the perfect time to bond with it. If he didn't develop a strong bond right now with it, when it was still small, after this period of growth it would be very hard.
