Afterward, he used his destruction energy to dispose of the rest of the mutated beasts. Then he captured two killed souls of Type 10 mutated beasts.

More souls he fed to his Zanpakutō, stronger it would get. Right now it was already Earth-Grade of Supreme-Quality, and after eating these souls. Sadly, most of these souls were weak, and he managed to kill only several additional Type 10 mutated beast that so-called indestructible soul, that could be used as the perfect food for the Zanpakutō.

Thus Lucien continued his killing spree, killing every mutated beast he could find in this dammed underground world, he was already getting numb from all of that blood and slaughter, but alas his Zanpakutō Akaitsuki was screaming with joy, as it was getting all those juicy souls to eat.

After several hours, he finally found out his target. It was in the deepest part of the underground world, very close to the core of the planet, probably these dammed insects were using it as some source of thermal energy for them or god knows what.

Afterward, Lucien used his sharp senses, to look and scan the Arachne Queen. She was definitely huge, at least 15 meters tall, and five meters wide. She had eight sharp blade-like legs and was radiating terrifying energy at first sight. Lucien could feel that she very strong Type 10 mutated beast.

'Hmm... this is bad... that insect is too ferocious and in the Empire, we don't have anyone who specializes in Soul Cultivation, so they could enslave it. And our study of magic isn't advanced enough to enslave such strong beings. Sadly only way for me to finish this is to kill it... dammit.' Cursed Lucien in his head angrily.

Right now, there were thousands upon thousands of ordinary Arachne here, so it would be hard to kill the Queen without any intervention from the side of her minions. Lucien unleashed his Ukaku wings, right now he had two pairs, meaning four beautiful crystal-like wings were sprouting from his back. He also called out his Zanpakutō, but now he didn't call out Akaitsuki, but his second one, the unawakened Zanpakutō, long katana like one.

He coated his wings in Destruction Energy and started shooting hundreds of crystalline projectiles coated in the mentioned energy, with terrifying precision, at surrounding arachnes, that ranged from Type 7 to even pinnacle of Type 9. But not even one of them could resist one crystalline projectile coated in destructive energy, that disintegrated weaker ones to nothingness.

"Human! I want your death! Children on him!" Roared Arachne Queen that was also hit by one crystalline projectile, and was even injured slightly, but her strength was great, so it was not any kind of fatal injury. Lucien was using these crystalline projectiles only to deal with cannon fodders as it was very easy was. The second reason was that he waiting for this exact decision of the Arachne Queen, he was luring them out.

'Dumb insect.' Laughed he silently, as he unleashed his Zanpakutō, and started channeling his Void Energy and Ice Energy, with all of his strength to his Zanpakutō.

'1' '2' '3' '4' '5' "Frozen Void Slash" Screamed Lucien as he slashed at the seemingly endless horde of Arachne cannon folders, and invisible icy and dark energy hit them. In mere seconds, all of them were frozen to death... not leaving single alive. His Zanpakutō, meanwhile devoured all of the souls, but it wasn't in a mood for awakening.

"Shit... so that insect is not too stupid." Muttered Lucien, as he saw a strange thing. He saw thousands of frozen Arachne, but the place where the Arachne Queen was previously standing was vacant, so it was obvious that she has escaped.

"Damm... and now I must purse it..." Lucien then flapped his wings and started using his Void Energy to support his wing, so make him even faster. As he was constantly using his void energy, he suddenly realized that something as different about, it... it was his comprehension... he managed to comprehend Grand Void Dao in middle of the fight, so now his void energy was far more powerful, potent and his usage was more precise.

After pursuing the Arachne Queen in these dark tunnels for more than ten minutes he finally found his target. Even Arachne Queen was slightly injured by his attack, as it was a deadly combination of the Void Energy and Ice Energy, it could be seen that three of her legs were frozen a bit, so her mobility was now lowered by a significant amount.

'Hmm... maybe killing it isn't so bad idea... I can then dissect it with help of some Magisters, and improve my model of Mechanical Automaton. From outer structure my Mechanical Automaton is same as this Arachne Quee, truth to be told, I have created it on her image... on the image of Arachne species, but having a real subject to study could significantly improve my research on this topic, and even increase the combat power of Mechanical Automatons of Arachne-Class.' Muttered Lucien as he observed Arachne Queen from the darkness of the shadows.

After comprehending Grand Dao of Sword, Lucien officially became that, what is called Sword Master, special state, after one has comprehended Grand Dao of Sword, these people all had terrifying offensive power. And right now, Lucien decided, he would fight against this Arachne Queen, with pure Kenjutsu and nothing else.
