It was very hard to imagine a plane of existence that is as big as Chaosworld. One must know, that Chaosworld is created by billions upon billions of Divine Realms and millions of Territories.

"The second function of the Void Nation is even more important. It has the ability to devour and assimilate Civilization Flames. Every Constrained World, Scattered World, or Chaosworld has different Laws and different systems of cultivation. Void Nations are primarily used to absorb and assimilate the cultivation systems and knowledge of Constrained World and Scattered World, or even Chaoswrolds by strong ones, to create ultimate Civilization. Perfect in all aspects. Void Marquisate is big as territory, Void Dukedom is big as several Territories and the Void Royal Kingdom is big as entire Chaosworld. Above the Royal Kingdom is the Imperial Empire, the Chaos Empire, Celestial Imperium, and sitting at the top, The Eternal Dynasty, the size of these ranks, is almost impossible to know, as every nation is guarding it like their deepest secret. But, to reach these ranks territory is the second thing, you need to reach the Civilization Flame level that corresponds to Rank. And that is done, by gaining powerhouses and assimilating knowledge and building up to advanced civilization."

"To be qualified as Void County your Civilization Flame must reach Star-Level, meaning you need to have at least several Bianshen Realm Cultivators and your civilization needs to be advanced enough to produce them continuously. For Void Marquisate your Civilization Flame must reach Moon-Level, meaning at least Zhuseng Realm Cultivators and adequate knowledge and advances, of course, knowledge in all fields such as Alchemy, Cultivation, Technology must be completed. Void Dukedom your Civilization Flame must reach Sun-Level, Empyrean Lord Cultivators, and adequate knowledge. Void Royal Kingdom your Civilization Flame must reach Divine-Level, you must have God-Ranks. Void Imperial Empire your Civilization Flame must reach Dimensional-Level and have Autarch Realm Cultivators. For Void Chaos Empire your Civilization Flame must reach Chaos-Level and have Chaoslord Realm Cultivators. For Void Celestial Empire your Civilization Flame must reach Celestial-Level and have Celestial Realm Cultivators and finally for Eternal Dynstary your Civilization Flame must reach Eternal-Level, becoming Eternal Flame, I only know that you need to have Eldricht Realm Cultivator, but apparently there are many more conditions." "With our strength, advances, and other factors, reaching Royal Kingdom Rank wouldn't be a problem in a few hundred years of quick work. To reach the next Imperial Empire Rank, would be much harder as conditions are to have several Autarchs, and also, knowledge for Autarchs emerge after some time, so the civilization needs to be very advanced." They were powerful, yes, but to reach adequate ranks, they would need to have several correspondingly ranked cultivators and civilization levels.
