He started fusing part of his soul to the three katanas and after one or two hours the whole process was done, and Lucien officially reached the Marquise-Rank in the Sacred Body Refining System. After the Seed absorbed the Destruction Energy, it was refined and then Lucien started to feel the continuous breakthroughs until he reached the 9th Level of Houtian Realm.

After he reached the 9th Level of Houtian Realm, he checked the amount of the Destruction Energy and felt it still was enough for him to break through to the Xiantian Realm at least, this would greatly enhance his combat prowess, as Void Energy wasn't suited for offensive, at least not now. And Ice Energy was rather supportive time, not talking about the fact, at the lower stages of the Immortal Cultivation it was rather useless. Its strength would be shown at the higher stages when powerful Ice Immortal Cultivator could freeze whole planets or realms with a wave of his hand.

Lucien started the process of strengthening the meridians and energy channels of his body with Destruction Energy, compared to the previous times, this was far harder and dangerous. Now it was about, Destruction and Rebirth, this was the ultimate form of the strengthening.
