He also, somehow cursed at his luck because if the blood essences consumed were refined from being with rare bloodlines or some races with innately strong bodies or something similar, he wouldn't need to spend so much time in stabilizing his cultivation base after breaking through to the new rank.

Demons that were in the Blood Island were all of the ordinary categories as Lucien knew thanks to the information provided by the Akashic Records. Even though they had somewhat strong bodies and were good material to refine blood essences, none of them had something important.

Powerful and rare bloodlines and innate physiques/bodies, he knew that in the God-Devil Plane there would be plenty creatures with rare bloodlines and physiques and bodies blessed by Heavens so he could increase his cultivation quickly without the need to stabilize it. To that, he still hoped that he would get his hands on the Lightning Energy as that would suit him best, as it provided offensive, defensive and even supporting means.
