While releasing her hand from his forehead, Roge spoke with a slightly apologetic expression.
Space
“We’ve already briefly spoken about how the one who made my world isn’t really me, but my superior, my lord, but the one who made your world is my lord too.”
Space
“Is that so?”
Space
“Yeah, that’s why, I can do something if it’s only giving people from your world, where I don’t have any administrative rights, information and messing with their memories, but giving them skills or abilities is a little too heavy of a burden for me.”
Space
Ruito understood that what Roge is saying, is that her lord has a different level of administrative rights, apparently.
The existence she calls her lord has the authority to manage everything, and Roge was delegated the rights to manage her world from her lord, but she wouldn’t be able to exert that much power on the worlds that she wasn’t given the rights to.
Space
“Since that’s that, do you mean I have to go to your world in this state?”
Space
If so, Ruito thought that there wasn’t much difference from being run over by that car at the coffee shop, but Roge shook her head sideways to those words.
Space
“That’s not it. First, the world you were in before, compared to the one you’re going to go to now, had almost no magic power in its atmosphere, so by coming into contact with an abundant amount of magic power, your physical abilities will be strengthened to the point they can’t be compared to your physical abilities in your previous world, at least they should be.”
Space
Although Ruito felt uneasy that the end of her sentence was somewhat ambiguous, but he couldn’t just go back to his former world now, so he shut up and urged Roge to continue with her explanation.
Space
“In addition, among the residents of the world you’re going to go to, occasionally rare individuals with abilities called
Space
To Ruito, who thought that those were the commonly spoken of cheats, Roge declared.
Space
“At the moment, even I don’t know what kind of
Space
“……I’m going to confirm this, but you’re God right?”
Space
On one hand, Ruito grew uneasy because she kept saying that she didn’t know something or couldn’t do something.
However, the words Roge spoke in response to Ruito, were words that could be taken as her becoming defiant.
Space
“If Gods were really omniscient and omnipotent, then they wouldn’t be asking people for favors in the first place.”
Space
“Those were strangely convincing words. Thank you.”
Space
Since a God herself is saying so, there could be no words more true than these.
But indeed, if the God named Roge was omniscient and omnipotent, then as she said she probably wouldn’t ask creatures like humans for favors, and in the first place, she wouldn’t need to manage a world that had come to its limits.
At the same time, it was revealed that even if her lord, who is above the God named Roge, is a more powerful existence than Roge, they still weren’t omniscient and omnipotent.
Space
“Then why did you call me here?”
Space
Ruito thought that if she was just going to give him knowledge about the language, then there wasn’t any need for her purposely to bring him to this unknown place.
He thought that it would’ve been better for her to noncommittally give it to him while he was being sent to his destination, but to that Roge presented a question.
Space
“Would it have been better for you to just wake up in an unknown world?”
Space
“I withdraw my previous words, and thank you for your thoughtfulness.”
Space
He didn’t know what kind of world he was going to, but for Ruito, he would normally need to prepare himself, so he was liable to fall into a panic.
He felt he had to thank Roge for her thoughtfulness of putting a cushion in between his transfer location and his transfer destination.
Space
“I’m just asking for reference, but does the world I’m going to have any name?”
Space
Ruito didn’t know why, but often times fantasy worlds have fantasy names.
Ruito thought that the world he was transferring to might have some kind of name too and asked, but to that, Roge’s made an extraordinarily curious expression.
Space
“A name? Ruito-kun, did the world you used to be in have a name?”
Space
“It didn’t.”
Space
“If you need one, you can make one up you know? I don’t know what you’d use it for though.”
Space
To Ruito the situation was as if his question was dodged, but now that it was mentioned, his former world certainly didn’t have a name.
Earth was the name of the planet, not the name of the world itself.
Even if he got the naming rights of that world from God, it wasn’t like the name Ruito gave it would spread around the world, and the people of that world probably wouldn’t feel like giving their world a name.
Space
“I have one thing I want to ask as reference too, is it alright?”
Space
“As long as it’s something that can be answered within the small, limited range of a human.”
Space
To Ruito, who didn’t mean to be modest and had an expression that felt like it’d be recorded in books, Roge asked this:
Space
“I asked you if you’d go destroy my world, but have you decided on what to do specifically yet?”
Space
“If you’re asking for specifically what, then I haven’t decided on anything.”
