"If you don't shut up, I will do this to you." Nina stabs the wall. To Ren's surprise, the knife digs into the wall. She tears open the wallpaper with the knife, revealing the different currency. She's been prepared for a time like this. She's a hacker connected to the cyber underworld. With a few taps on the keyboard, another hacker broke through her defense today and brought her the ruin. It's life and a matter of survival. Yesterday, she was someone who ruined others and today, someone else destroyed her. Just that, she didn't expect that someone would break her defense this soon.

When Ren sees the empty space behind the wallpaper, he gulps down. She has everything ready.

She glances at the clock. She has only 40 minutes. She decides not to take much. She takes the clothes out of her bag. She can always buy them later. She starts packing the bag with money. Ren closes his eyes when she suddenly starts undressing in a hurry. She picks up the jeans, a simple white shirt, and a black jacket. She puts on a baseball hat. She takes the gun that she keeps beneath her pillow.

He peeks at her. Seeing her fully dressed, he is relieved. The gun makes his heart jump, but he gets the situation now. She's running away. She doesn't have the intention of untying him. If she leaves, how long it will take for someone to find him?

She hangs the black bag over her shoulder and starts walking toward the door.

"I will die if you leave me."

Nina's footsteps stop. She creases her brows. It's none of her business if he dies. She's no longer part of DH. She doesn't need to keep her promise to Rie. Besides, she hasn't harmed him.

"I will die of hunger," Ren speaks with a loud voice. "My clothes are wet too. Untie my hands before you leave."

She comes back to him quietly. She looks at him with a smile. Ren lets out a breath of relief. The woman isn't heartless.

His relief doesn't last long. Suddenly, she points the gun at his skull. "Do you think that I am like your friend, Rie? Do you think that I have a weakness too and you can exploit that weakness?"

He looks at her with shock. "How do you know Rie?"

Chuckling, she presses the trigger.
