The spirits were shocked when they heard Alex said that.

Alex did not know why, but this undead had something that he needed. Or at least, she was not planning to do something bad to him.

There was a slight movement on the female undead's eyebrows. It looked like she was surprised by him.

He jumped forward again and swung his sword. But like the previous clash, Alex could not win the clash with his strength.

He then slid the sword and directed it to the ground. Then he thrust his spear toward her. But surprisingly, she suddenly raised her other hand to meet Alex's spear.

She was planning to meet Alex's spear that had been covered by his Spear Intent with her hand. Of course, Alex did not have any intention to pull back. He was planning to defeat her by thrusting his spear through her hand.

They had been clashing for a few minutes. The female undead did not use any of her Sword Arts. Instead, she was engaging Alex purely with her Sword Intent alone.

Alex also did not use any of his Martial Arts as this exchange was really beneficial to him. Even Anna and the others could see that Alex's movement became more precise as they continued clashing.

It was not his sword alone, but his spear also became sharper. He did not want this clash to end so soon, so he purposely did not use his Martial Arts.

Alex was also observing the woman's technique. He felt something different from her sword technique, but he could not tell what it was even with her Sword Mastery.

Suddenly she knocked his spear away.

The woman did not chase him. Instead, she was walking toward his spear that planted on the ground.

She pulled the spear and pointed it toward Alex.
