Alex finally felt the difference between humans and monsters. Luckily, this time they managed to surprise them with their prowess. If the leader knew about their power and approached them carefully, it would be a hard fight even with two Martial Lords in their group.

Alex and the rest also started moving, but their pace was very slow. Alex didn't mind about the speed as he didn't have any intention to join the war right away. He rather saw the condition and formulated the strategy first. If needed, he would summon Leoz.
They proceeded carefully for a couple of hours as they managed to get out of the forest. They could see the battlefield from the edge of the woods. Alex decided to move back a little bit, afraid to be spotted.
The battlefield was bizarre. Many soldiers fought in the air while flying, and most of them fought on the ground. Alex thought they didn't need to breach the wall as they could just fly to pass it.
Of course, there were many soldiers that were stationed on the wall to prevent that from happening. So, Zhou Soldiers proceeded with close combat first.
Because of this bizarre battlefield, there were many soldiers that yet to join the battle. After all, they might get any friendly fire, and from his observation, there were around five thousand people from each side.
Alex didn't need to try to find Leoz. As a Martial Lord and a battle maniac, he sure stood out from the rest. With his yellow hair and lightning spark, he skillfully killed the soldiers one by one.
Fortunately, the soldiers were only Martial Masters. He killed them instantly with his Martial Lord strength. From Alex's memory, Leoz should be able to kill many of them at breakneck speed. Surprisingly, he didn't.
Alex was a bit confused by this. After all, his opponents were just a mere Martial Master. Not long after that, Alex finally realized what he did.
Alex realized after he saw the enemy reserve soldiers. Other people might not be able to discern each of their strengths. Fortunately, Alex had his Spirit Eyes.
He could discern the opposite strength easily. Alex saw three 3-Star Martial Lords. They were eyeing on Leoz. Alex only saw a 1-Star Martial Lord from Southern Kingdom's side. In other words, Leoz was the only one capable of bringing down those Martial Lords.
If Leoz didn't conserve his strength, when those Martial Lords decided to kill him in an ambush, he couldn't do everything.
After another hour, Njomo and Ngina came back.
"Young Master, in Zhou Kingdom's side, there are around a thousand people stationed there. From a thousand, three hundred of them are Martial Grandmasters, and the rest are Martial Masters."
Alex nodded to Ngina's report. But when he heard about Njomo's report. He was speechless.

Alex calmed himself down first. After a while, he asked, "Do any of you know how to extract Monster Blood for Array?"
Anna and the others immediately looked at Jeanne. Jeanne said, "I can, Master. After all, learning something like that is 'essential' for me."
When they heard her saying 'Essential,' they rolled their eyes as they knew why she said that essential.

Alex then chose every bottle that stored Master Stage Monster blood or lower and emptied them. After all, he was planning to make rank 3 Array, and for that, he used Grandmaster Stage Monster blood.
When Jeanne took the bottles from Alex, she furrowed her eyebrows. "Master, maybe you should buy good quality bottles. Although these bottles might be able to store Grandmaster Stage Blood, I am afraid these bottles won't be able to store Lord Stage Monster blood."
"Is that so?" Alex tilted his head. In fact, he never bought a bottle for this. He only relied on his system, so he didn't have any knowledge about this. He nodded and said, "Alright, I will do so later."
"We are going now. Let's go, Anna," Jeanne grabbed Anna and left.
Anna only waved her hand to Alex for a goodbye. She wanted to shout goodbye to him, but they might be spotted if she did that.
"Vera and Greg will observe the battlefield situation. Njomo would go to your previous spot and inform me if something happened. Fabio will protect me when I set my array. Ngina will observe those soldiers to see if there are any movements."

"I almost forgot," Alex suddenly said as he took out Nicole's card. "Nicole will go to the city alone. If the situation has stabilized, I will send Ngina to you."
"Understood," Ngina said. Then her wings and tail disappeared, and her appearance became that of a human. She bowed to Alex once again, then disappeared.
"Alright. Let's go."
According to Ngina, Zhou Kingdom's camp was about a mile from here. Alex only moved toward them for a half-mile. He only had around three bottles of Grandmaster Stage monster blood and one bottle of King Stage monster blood that he got before leaving Zwaka's place.
Alex made a series of Wistful Shackle Arrays and Fire String Arrays. He practiced these two arrays but didn't have the opportunity to use them. He thought he might never have a chance to use them, but this opportunity came.
Wistful Shackle Array was the upgrade version of Binding Chain Array that Alex used in his battle with Xian Tao long ago. As for Fire String Arrays, it will produce very strong strings capable of killing Martial Grandmasters if they hit their vitals. He even can infuse his Fire to those strings.
He made it in random order to confuse the enemy. If they went in this direction, some of them would be killed by Fire String Arrays, and some of them will be bound by Wistful Shackle Array. Then, Anna and others will kill them.
Because the array needs him to activate it, he will move around to activate them one by one. He was wondering if there was a way to activate it by remote.
