Leoz and the others were killing the monsters without leaving an opportunity for the monsters passed through them and made their way to Alex. They thought the monster might not have any leader, the way Anna had speculated.
They were attracted to Alex's Lightning Tribulation. That was their instinct as a Monster Beast. With that, Anna did not have anything to bother her for a while and continued killing the monsters. Her killing rate also increased. Of course, it did not mind that she let her guard down.

Sherry perceived Alex's intention. She acted like she was scared and got behind Alex. She looked like she was scared and hid behind Alex since she didn't dare even to show herself to the old man. In reality, after she got behind him, she immediately entered Alex's body.
'If you already know, then why did you even ask!' Alex cursed in his mind. "Yes."
"Then you have two choices, submit to the Zhou Kingdom and be loyal to us. We will nurture you."
Alex narrowed his eyes. The Zhou Kingdom again, he thought. Alex asked first, "Are you a Martial King?"

The darkness slowly crumbled as he soon can see the outside world once again. When he looked at Alex's direction. He can only see a circle gate that soon closed. He immediately realized that they fooled him.
Alex took advantage of his confusion. But, the biggest miscalculation he had made was underestimating him. He can clearly recognize that gate, and it was a Space Element ability. Only a Space Element can have such a strange technique.
But, if he escaped from there, he can't bring his friends. If he made his friends as hostages, Alex would come sooner or later. Especially with that otherworld beauty 'Anna', Alex won't be able to abandon her. Upon realizing that, he immediately looked at Anna and Leoz to take them as hostages.
It became his miscalculation too. As soon as Alex entered the gate, he recalled Anna and Leoz back to the cards. When he looked at them, he saw they disappeared like an illusion. He couldn't sense them anymore.
He thought that those two 'friends' were an illusion. He wanted to spat blood. To think a newborn Martial Grandmaster could fool and escape from him, a Martial King.

When Alex entered the gate, He finally came inside a blue realm. According to Spatial Plate or Space Door. This realm was called Void World, or others might say a space within space. In this realm, Alex can only see blue colored layers that look like water. Now he had some understanding about space, he can somehow see what the blue layer was.
He had experienced it quite a bit when he practiced the Spatial Door and Space Plate back in the sect. When he practiced it, he could only use Spatial Door while his mastery in Space Plate was not deep enough to use it.
Thinking about it, Alex was a bit grateful that he managed to learn the Spatial Door first. He can escape with this technique. Back in the sect, he tried a few times about this blue layer. When he made another gate in this layer, it will lead him to another place near him.
