Even Lucas couldn't help but agree. "Since it Kihyun, let's go out to eat something really expensive."

Yoona chuckled. "No. I'm just calling to let you know that I'm going out for dinner with my friends."

"It's going to be lonely eating dinner without you but have fun," he said eagerly. Then there was a pause. "Oh, and how was your presentation?"

"It was really good!" She exclaimed. "I performed without any mistakes and the higher-ups seem to really enjoy the content. In the end, Kihyun is letting us eat dinner with the special card. That's why we're going out."

There was a moment of silence. "Oh Kihyun. That annoying guy?"

She cocked her head. "You don't like him? He seemed pretty nice."

"Well, he's a good worker. He gives me the results that I need and that's why he has the position he has now, but, that guy is too talkative for my taste. His smile is also really annoying."

Yoona nodded slowly. "Well, I can see where your coming from? But he's a really nice boss to have."

Minhyun hummed. "I see. Just don't get too close to him. He was promoted by my father so we don't know his intentions."

Kihyun couldn't possibly be… Yoona shook her head. Everyone in the department knew how generous he was. He was a nice guy ever since he was a small position employee.

Yet, she knew that people could fake themselves for a long time. Moon Jaemin and Jaeun were clear examples.

Yoona nodded. "Okay I will."

But in her head, she prayed that Kihyun was innocent in all this. But in this crazy life she lived in, she knew to embrace for the worst.
