Yoona had her arms around his with a grand smile on his face. Minhyun had a mirrored smile as well.

The love between them was fresh and hot.

However, with their arrival, came the responsibilities. Since Minhyun pushed all his schedules to make his weekend free, there was a lot of meetings to attend. Yoona also had her exams to study for.

Now, the roles were in reverse. Due to White Mask, after a few days of meetings, Minhyun was able to continuously come home early. However, the person that was busy was Yoona. She needed to keep her marks as high as possible. Although her future was basically set with Minhyun as her boyfriend and the job at MH, she wanted to make her own achievements.

One day, while she was studying, she suddenly felt a pair of warm arms wrap around on top of her shoulders. "Are you still studying?"

Yoona looked up, meeting Minhyun's eyes, before nodding. "Yup. Some of my exams are on the same day so I want to study everything beforehand."

He played with her hair with his fingers. "Can't you take a little break?"

After their vacation, they were not able to communicate with each other a lot, much less sleep together.

She shot him a glare. "I need to study."

Despite the urge to stay with her a little longer, he understood her situation. He didn't want to bother her studies, especially knowing how hard she worked all the time. He stood up and ruffled her hair. "I'm proud of you. Work hard. I will bring your dinner to you."

A chuckle escaped her lips. "Thanks."

This continued throughout the month.

It was hard for Minhyun to keep all his emotions to himself. In fact, sometimes he just wanted to burst into her room and engulf her into a big hug, not letting go. But he needed to respect Yoona's boundaries. For now, he was going to become her number one supporter.

He knew that she wasn't eating properly due to focusing on her work so he constantly made sure that she had the meals to eat, sometimes, personally going to deliver them. He specifically told the chefs to include ingredients that would help her body to relax and focus.

At times, he would also leave post-it notes on her door telling her good luck and such. It wasn't his style to communicate this way, but since she would wake up later, he thought this was a good way to romantically let her start her day.

Yoona seemed to enjoy it. He was glad that Secretary Kim gave him this idea.

And then, although it was a slow month, the exams finally came.

The sound of knocking entered the room. It was around 2 a.m. so Yoona knew who was at her door.

She didn't look up as her eyes were glued to the content in front of her. "Do you need something?"

Minhyun didn't answer right away and walked towards her. Then he smoothly sat on the corner of her desk, with his hand against the surface. He leaned towards her while cocking his head.

"I just wanted to say… Good luck on your first exam tomorrow."

Since he wasn't going to be there in the morning, he at least wanted to give her one last bit of emotional support for her first test. Though since she was a hard-working, smart girl, Minhyun knew that she was going to do well regardless.

A smile crept up her face. "Thanks Mini."

He looked down at her pale wrists. "Wear the bracelet that I gave you when we were younger. It'll be your good luck charm."
"Okay!" She said with a laugh. "Now, leave me alone. You distract me."

"With my handsome looks?"

She rolled her eyes. "Mini…"

He raised his hands up in the air and let out a sly smirk. "Okay. I shall leave now." He placed a kiss on her forehead. "Goodnight."

Exams finished on a happy note.

As time passed by in the exam rooms, Yoona was able to answer most of the questions on her test with ease. Studying definitely paid off. She was glad that despite being spoiled, her diligence when it came to this remained.

"Okay. Everyone wait until the student teachers pick up your exams to leave."

It was finally finished. With those words, she put her pencil down and waited for her test to be taken. Once it was out of her grasps, a happy sigh escaped her lips. She stretched her arms.

She quickly texted Minhyun, updating him that she was finally free from the chains called school. With a smile on her face, she walked out of the room, walking towards where her driver would be.

However, as she made her way to the parking lot, she noticed some commotion on the side. When she walked closer, she realized that there was a large banner for everyone to see.

The girls around were squealing. "Did you read the banner? It's so romantic…"
"Right? I'm not sure who the lucky girl is, but I'd treasure the man with all my heart. I'm so jealous! Why can't my boyfriend do the same."

The girl on the right snorted. "It's because your boyfriend is dirt poor."

Sensing that this might be related to her, Yoona walked over to the sign to get a grasp of what it said. After all, right on the path to the parking lot. Something was suspicious.

And she was right. To her surprise, she realized who the recipient of this banner was. Her mouth widened open.

'Congratulations on finishing your exam and finishing this stressful year! I'm so proud of you. You've worked very hard. I have lots of your favorite foods waiting for you at home and I will be there to enjoy them with you. From Mini."

He was so extra. Did he really need to get her a banner and publicly show this too the school?

Her heart warmed up. It was still cute, darn it. She couldn't help but giggle.

Plus, since he knew that she wasn't a fan of attention, he didn't mention her name. What a cutie. Really.
