Chapter 950: Chapter 522: Stop Moving My Stuff Chapter 950: Chapter 522: Stop Moving My Stuff God said, “Let there be light,” and there was light.
The place where light first appeared at the moment of its creation is known as the Holy Light Singularity, the origin of everything.
Originally, Anthony thought this theory had its contradictions because it implied that it was God who created light, yet the theological system of the Church of Light regards light as the source of all things, with light being the true God, one with the Creator God.
So, did God create light, or did light create God? You've got me all confused!
Amidst this confusion, the Church of Light split into several factions internally, conservative, progressive, swing factions… If it weren't for the suppression by strong military forces and the Holy Spirit, etc., the schism of the Church would not have waited until Anthony to be completed, but would have fragmented long ago.
But now, Anthony knew why. It was deliberate. The Gods of Light deliberately concocted the origin of 'God created light' because they had exiled the real God of Light; they wanted to 'ride' upon the true light.
However, the fabricated will never be the truth, hence the emergence of such paradoxes.
Yet, if it was fabricated, why would the Holy Light Singularity from this made-up origin be in the hands of the Sorcerer Alliance? Isn't that like finding physical evidence of a piece of history known to be forged in a relic from thousands of years ago?
Unless the relic itself was also a fake.
“Why do we have the Holy Light Singularity in our possession? Well, this… you know,” Cabrela hesitantly muttered.
“I know what? I don't understand… Oh, I get it, you snatched it when you killed the God of Light with your Starburst Array!” Anthony quickly realized.
“Is that something you can say? Can you? Yes, it's what we picked up when we killed the God of Light,” Cabrela was still worried that mentioning this would make Anthony explode; people from the Church get very agitated over such things.
Of course, Anthony would not explode, as he was not a follower of the Light, but he still cooperatively expressed dissatisfaction, “Hmph! If it really is the Holy Light Singularity, then why are you willing to return it to us?”
“Hehe–” Cabrela laughed meaningfully, as if he was reluctant to explain further.
Anthony immediately said, “Oh, where's my contact method for the God of Life? I seem to have lost it.”
Cabrela hastily said, “The Holy Light Singularity is a super energy container; it only consumes the Power of Holy Light. According to our calculations, even if all the creatures in the world evolved into Disciples of Light and practiced the Holy Light Technique, it wouldn't be possible to fill the Holy Light Singularity within hundreds of years, so it's of no use, we're returning it to you.”
“Send it over then; I've found my contact method for the God of Life,” said Anthony.
Cabrela sighed with relief and, not daring to digress further, cooperated by transmitting the Holy Light Singularity over.
In a transparent crystal box, a 'black' sphere was suspended.
A bunch of brains gathered round, with Luther being the first to ask, “Isn't it supposed to be the Holy Light Singularity? Why is it black?”
“You fool, it's not black, it's just that it doesn't reflect light, and that's why it appears black,” Negris explained.
Handling it with care, Anthony took it out of the box, squeezing it in his palm, “It's solid, just a spherical bead.”
He then relaxed his hand and raised it in his palm, and the Holy Light Singularity immediately started to levitate.
“It's strange, I can't sense any force, how is it floating like that? Could it be that gravity isn't acting on it?” Anthony exclaimed.
Negris also expressed surprise, “Huh, you actually know about 'force'? Are those the words a religious charlatan should be saying? Just listening to you, one might think you're a Stellaris Mage.”
Anthony rolled his eyes, “The Reincarnation Altar is my invention. Charlatan is just my current profession, just like your title as the God of Knowledge, it's all for show.”
“Hehe… Wait, that's not right, you're saying my title as the God of Knowledge is just for show!” Negris started to laugh but then realized something was amiss, Anthony was mocking it.
Anthony didn't pay it any more mind and continued to analyze, “If I pretend to hold it, it rises. If gravity isn't acting on it, then what force is? A repulsive force?”
Having grasped it again, Anthony said, “It's easy for me to hold it, I don't feel any repulsion, I'll try using Holy Light.”
As he held the Holy Light Singularity, a light shone from the edge of Anthony's palm, but looking inward from the base of his thumb, there was still just a black dot.
After a long while, Anthony stopped, panting and said, “It's like molding a cow out of clay and then pushing it underwater, no reaction whatsoever, The Power of Holy Light I just used is enough to vaporize a First Order Angel.”
Negris was shocked by the effort involved. They were standing right beside it, but they couldn't feel any fluctuations of energy at all.
“No wonder the Sorcerer Alliance returned this thing to you. I guess they researched it for a long time and couldn't figure anything out. Give it to Ange and see if he can fill it up,” Negris suggested.
Ange took it and held it in his hand for a moment before suddenly saying, “Ten of them.”
“What ten?” Everyone was momentarily confused, only Negris connected the context after a hesitation and asked, “Ten First Order Angels? The Power of Holy Light you've used could vaporize ten First Order Angels.”
Ange nodded.
“…First Order Angels are not a unit of measurement, but alright, I get what you mean. Any changes?” Negris asked.
Ange shook his head, casually dug a hole over his right chest area, and stuffed the Holy Light Singularity into it. His left chest cavity already had a God Status, and now with another one on the right, it was balanced.
Negris couldn't help but make a comment, “Good heavens, that body of yours is already stuffed with more than three Divine Artifacts, and there are two trees on your shoulders. Anyone who catches you would strike it rich.”
Luther shook his head, “They might also be doomed.”
Anthony clapped his hands and said, “Alright, the money has been collected, and now it's time for me to do my job.”
“God of Life, the Sorcerer Alliance asked me to convey to you that it wasn't intentional, everything was a misunderstanding. Please don't harm Radiad, and it would be best to let him go. If there are any requests, we can negotiate. Alright, I've delivered the message.”
A bunch of people burst into laughter, “You're earning money too easily.”
Anthony spread his hands, “Can't help it, that's what silver coins say, when you have core competitiveness, can do things others can't, you naturally earn money easily.”
Half an hour later, a thick vine gently lifted Radiad out of the forest, raised him into mid-air, and directed at the airship still overhead monitoring him, Radiad said:
“I'm alright, the God of Life is peaceful, hasn't harmed me. This time it was my recklessness. Tell Lainas, don't try to rescue me,” Radiad raised his head, pointed to a garland on his neck, and continued, “Also, tell him to stop moving my stuff around.”
