Chapter 1201: Chapter 765: Kvada, Where is the Holy Kingdom? Chapter 1201: Chapter 765: Kvada, Where is the Holy Kingdom? The vast majority of plants are phototropic, with trees in the forest desperately growing to capture the best light, while those under their shade either fail to grow larger or directly wither away.
Ange had conducted a series of comparative experiments on the Tree of Ten Thousand Realms, such as fertilizing, watering, supplementing light, or like with the Tree of Life, planting a large number of crops around it, trying to stimulate it with life force, but the effects were not very good.
For such a long time, the Tree of Ten Thousand Realms hadn't sprouted even a single new bud, remaining a bare trunk core, except that the surface had toughened up a bit, making it unclear whether it was forming new bark or had become inactive.
If it was developing new bark, that would be fine, as it would mean it was still growing; if it had become inactive, that would be troublesome, as it would mean Ange's attempt to cultivate the Tree of Ten Thousand Realms had failed.
After trying every possible method without success, who would have thought that placing the fragment of space-time on it would cause a change, with the Divine Tree growing rapidly where the light touched it, extending toward the light source.
Upon touching the fragment of space-time, the branches immediately enveloped it, completely covering the spot where the light was, and slowly growing into a pomegranate-like shape.
After completely enveloping it, that branch no longer grew; instead, the main trunk started to grow. The originally bare trunk gradually developed a layer of bark, at which point Ange could finally be sure that the preceding toughening of the trunk was inactivity, whereas this formation was that of real bark.
The bark grew slowly, but between the trunk and the branches, a new bud emerged.
“It's alive,” Negris suddenly exclaimed, slapping his thigh, and now even the most obtuse onlooker could tell that the Tree of Ten Thousand Realms had truly been brought to life.
“My goodness, is it really alive? This is the Tree of Ten Thousand Realms,” whispered the Light of Creation in disbelief.
The one here who least believed that Ange could bring the Tree of Ten Thousand Realms to life was the Light of Creation himself, as he was well aware of the difficulty involved. To bring the Tree of Ten Thousand Realms to life, one would need the Ancient Godlight.
But the Ancient Godlight had long since dissipated, and the difficulty of bringing it back might be even greater than that of reviving the Tree of Ten Thousand Realms.
Unexpectedly, after Ange returned from the Master Plane with a bundle of light, he actually managed to revive the Tree of Ten Thousand Realms; it was simply incredible.
The Goddess of Starfire said in a daze, “The Tree of Ten Thousand Realms has been revived, the Tree of Ten Thousand Realms has a master now…”
Suddenly, the God of Life turned his head to look at Ange's shoulder, and almost at the same moment, Ange looked at his own shoulder.
On his shoulder, Little Sapling was stretching tall, a True Leaf forked on its stem, another True Leaf propped against Ange's face, curiously peering out.
Ange turned his head, causing it to sway a bit, somewhat dazedly straightening its stem.
Ange said, “Top.”
Little Sapling raised its True Leaf, reaching toward its own head, and immediately touched a ring of 'petals.'
Atop Little Sapling, a ring of petal-like structures had grown, which, with a gentle shake, caused some specks of light to scatter down from the petals.
Little Sapling quickly extended its True Leaves to catch those specks, and saw that as soon as the specks touched its leaves, they quickly merged into them.
Amused, Little Sapling shook its head again.
Ange looked at the God of Life and asked, “Why?”
The God of Life pondered and replied, “It should be because the Tree of Ten Thousand Realms is absorbing the light from the fragment of space-time, reflecting it onto Seedling, and causing it to grow.”
“Is that good?” Ange asked.
The God of Life confirmed, “Of course it's good; this is the power that can stimulate the growth of the parent plant. Seedling will surely grow as strong as the parent plant.”
That is good news; how strong it grows is not important, as long as it doesn't break down.
After the Tree of Ten Thousand Realms sprouted a bud, the changes slowed down, and after the crowd observed for a while and saw no new changes, they gradually dispersed.
Arriving in a new place could be described as an area ripe for rejuvenation; possibly due to the scarcity of resources in the past, whether for humans or elves, the quality of life was not very good, with everyone just managing to stay alive.
Those demons were somewhat better off, but only to the extent that having enough food and staying warm was a luxury.
Anthony didn't bring people all this way just so that everyone could survive; with Ange alone, survival was already assured.
The first step, naturally, was to eat well; the second was to dress warmly; the third was to live comfortably; and the fourth was to have convenient transportation. Once these foundations were in place, everything else would naturally fall into place.
The three Abyss Dimensions actually had a vast area, but due to the scarcity of resources, the demons had never fully developed them. Many demons and slaves still lived in caves, their living environments polluted by various excretions and garbage, making them almost unbearable to look at.
Whoever made the mess had to clean it up; all the demons were driven to sweep up the trash, which was then piled up to decompose and later used to grow mushrooms.
As for Ange, he naturally went off to cultivate farmland and plant crops.
While everyone else busied themselves, only Little Sapling was still there, shaking its head. Shaking and shaking, small sparkles fell like pollen, which were then caught by its True Leaves. As it did this, Little Sapling suddenly remembered something and quickly shrank into a ball.
Soon after, in the distant Master Plane, in the Holy Kingdom, a bud sprouted on the central root system. It quickly grew into a Little Sapling, which then fell off and hopped towards the suspended steel shell at the center.
Hopping to the side of the steel shell, Little Sapling swung its True Leaves vigorously: Yaya– Yaya– Yaya–
The steel shell shone brightly, a crack forming as Little Ghost peeked out. Upon seeing Little Sapling, the Wraith's eyes lit up, and it swooped down, hugging Little Sapling while happily exclaiming: Yaya– Yaya– Yaya–
Ao ao– Little Sapling spoke.
Ao? Little Ghost blew a bubble.
Little Sapling shook its head vigorously, scattering many sparkles which it frantically tried to catch.
It managed to catch them, but the sparkles soon seeped into the leaves.
Disappointed, Little Sapling said: No– Yaya– No– Yaya–
Little Ghost held up its hand with many small sparkles on it; all the ones Little Sapling missed were caught by it.
Little Sapling immediately cheered up, calling out Yaya a few times, then started shaking its head vigorously again as the sparkles fell in a shower.
Little Ghost clumsily caught a few, then simply hugged Little Sapling, spreading itself into a large pancake, allowing the sparkles to fall upon it.
After quite some time, Little Ghost cried out: Ao–!
Little Sapling waved its True Leaves: Grow– Strong– Grow– Strong– Far–
Ao! Little Ghost nodded, its entire small face puckering up, and quickly becoming round, causing the entire space to tremble with a rumble.
From the outside, the Holy Kingdom was slowly rotating, adjusting its direction and gradually moving.
Little Ghost continued to exert pressure until its form expanded quite a bit, the tremors of the Holy Kingdom growing fiercer. Several Angels tilling the square looked around, confused and clueless.
After straining for a while and feeling it was too slow, Little Ghost shouted to Little Sapling and jumped back into the steel shell. Immediately, the light within the steel shell intensified, dazzling Holy Light spilling out from the seams, faintly revealing the shadow of a giant Wraith.
Rumble, rumble, rumble… The Holy Kingdom shook even more violently; not only the Angels tilling the land couldn't hold steady, but the sleeping Angels were also jolted out of their coffins, looking at each other with clueless faces.
The Holy Kingdom, now at extreme speed, swiftly disappeared into the depths of the Void.
Two days later, where the Holy Kingdom had previously been docked, a shadow suddenly emerged from nothing and expanded. The Dark side stretched out, yawning widely.
But halfway through the yawn, it realized something was amiss. Looking left and right with an utterly bewildered expression: “Where is the Holy Kingdom? Did someone drive it away? Has Redemption sneaked out for driving practice again?”
“No, that's not right; Redemption was taken away by the Lord. Kvada, where is the Holy Kingdom?”
