Chapter 1199: Chapter 763 It must be for planting something! Chapter 1199: Chapter 763 It must be for planting something! “Such bright light, I'm blinded, my eyes are going blind!” Ange exclaimed. “So intense is the energy reaction, stop, stop, stop!”
The bright light ceased.
Negris swept his mind over the area where the light had just shone, muttering as he observed, “Such an intense energy reaction, but you seem to have controlled it so easily. Are your powers that strong?”
Tom replied, “We couldn't do this anywhere else, but here, it's all pure water, and the pressure is enormous. We don't need to do much, just a little tug with force fields is enough. It's not our power, it's the power of pure water.”
“Power of water? Water Element? Can Water Element have such an intense energy reaction? Impossible,” Negris challenged.
Tom responded, “It's not the Water Element, but I don't know exactly what it is; after all, I'm not the God of Knowledge.”
“Tom, you've gone rogue,” Negris blurted out, a spurt of blood escaping him.
Suddenly, Ange commanded, “Tom, full strength, stimulate it, full strength.”
Tom was initially startled, then responded solemnly, “Yes, sir.”
Because of their soul contact, Ange didn't need to call names when giving orders as everyone knew who the order was for. But now, Ange had actually called out his name and used 'full strength' twice, prompting Tom to take it very seriously.
He went to consult with Lorca, and then they distanced themselves from each other.
Negris vaguely sensed that the environment around them was changing, the surrounding water becoming slow and viscous, with the density seemingly increasing rapidly.
“Eh!” Negris perked up, sensing the preamble. The mere prelude was so dramatic, how strong would Tom and Lorca's full strength be? Had he underestimated these two Pure Water Elves before?
The fact was, Pure Water Elves derived their strength from pure water; they feared most water filled with impurities, especially inorganic salt metabolic mixtures. But where could pure water come from on this Plane?
Initially, Tom survived only under the shelter of the Church of Light, until he met Ange, and had an endless supply of pure water, having never had the chance to exert his full strength before.
The same went for Lorca, who was responsible for water circulation in the Starburst Array, always murmuring 'I'm not pure anymore.' Clean water was hard come by for her, barely maintaining her own purity was already an achievement.
Ange had not only filled them up with pure water at the center of the Plane but had also recovered a massive chunk of Pure Water Essence for them.
This Pure Water Essence was created by the Light of Creation in the Chaos Plane, the Light of Creation that neither fought nor farmed, now serving as a worker, with ample Chaos Mist allowing an endless creation of Pure Water Essence.
The chunk Ange recovered was seven to eight times larger than Tom and Lorca's original Origin. With their Origin expanded seven to eight times, the amount of pure water they could control increased exponentially. Now that Ange had asked them to give their all, they themselves didn't know the extent of their full power.
The water, though slow and viscous, had invisible elements converging towards the center where a force seemed to be pulling them, the vast water pressure causing the viscosity.
The invisible things piled up more and more, Tom and Lorca adjusted their force fields to the optimal critical strength, and then they yanked hard.
A bright point of light suddenly lit up, radiating a deep blue light. Negris only felt a buzzing vibration, and his entire perception blurred in an instant.
“Kvada! How is this possible? This energy wave is even affecting my thoughts?” Negris was startled.
Thoughts are an important means for the strong to observe the outside world, as the eyes are too limited in many situations–for example, they require light and have a narrow range of view.
But all the strong have means of perception other than their eyes. The Undead use thoughts, Ancient Gods use thoughts, Wizards use elemental waves, Big Cats use spatial fluctuations, and Garritt listens to Dark Element Fluctuations.
Thoughts are Negris's important means of perceiving the outside world; his thoughts projected onto Ange and then dispersed could sense many things.
Usually, except for switching dimensions which cut off the connection, he had never found his thoughts to be interfered with. But now, the moment the light point lit up, his thoughts were clearly disturbed, as if 'tears were blurring his eyes.'
As he exclaimed in shock, a continuous stream of 'pure' water poured into the light point, quickly expanding it from the size of a fingertip to that of a basin. Then, Tom screamed, “It's bad, it's going to explode, it's out of control.”
Igniting this light point was easy, but Tom discovered that he had no ability to control it, especially after it swelled to the size of a basin. He didn't even need to control it, as water from the surroundings continued to pour into the light point endlessly.
The more water that entered, the stronger the energy reaction of the light point became. The more intense the reaction, the more water it sucked in, and under this chain reaction, it was soon going to explode.
“Trouble, run! It's losing control! The entire Conch will be blown apart!” Tom shouted in despair.
The light point exploding in the water was like placing a burst spell in a water tank. The water would turn into a shockwave, shattering the entire tank. The shell of the Conch was that tank.
Just as Tom despaired and thought of escaping, Ange jumped forward, flipped out a piece of Dimensional Half-Barrier, and slapped it onto the cluster of light, causing the entire cluster to solidify.
The light cluster, sealed in the Dimensional Half-Barrier, shone brilliantly, but it no longer radiated strong energy waves outward; only the light could be seen.
“This… this…” Negris didn't know what to say. Could the Dimensional Half-Barrier be used this way?
He had thought this item could only be used as a turtle shell, sealing oneself inside to be immune from hits and insults–utterly pointless. Who would have thought it could be used like this?
Ange pressed his hands on the solidified Dimensional Half-Barrier and with great force pushed it down into the Dimensional Space. If he didn't push it into the Dimensional Space, it couldn't be transferred, because the Dimensional Half-Barrier was stationary relative to space.
After putting away the Dimensional Half-Barrier, Ange immediately rushed out–first leaving the center cavity of pure water, arriving at the large outer cavity, then ascending until reaching the surface of the water on the algae plains, flying about thirty to forty meters above the algae plains, he pulled out the Dimensional Half-Barrier.
The dazzling light illuminated the entire algae plains.
Ange pulled out a floating board, threw it onto the water surface, and forcefully stamped a footprint on it.
Negris bellowed frustratedly, “I knew it, I knew it! You'd spend so much effort sealing up a light point that could blow up the Conch Plane–just to plant something!!!”
