Chapter 1186: Chapter 750: Long Long? Chapter 1186: Chapter 750: Long Long? “Run!” Ange flickered and immediately increased the distance from Dark Wing, not looking back as he flew outside.
After transforming into the Muscle Dragon God, with each beat of his wings, there was a sudden burst of speed, and so, step by step, Ange continued to increase the distance from Dark Wing.
Dark Wing hesitated for a moment, then flapped its wings to chase and shouted fiercely, “Don't run.”
“Only an idiot wouldn't run, if you dare, stop chasing,” Negris projected onto Ange and cursed continuously, but its voice was too soft, and obviously, Dark Wing couldn't hear it.
As the chase went on, seeing that he could never catch up to Ange, Dark Wing had no choice but to stop.
Dark Wing took a deep look at Ange, and just as it was about to turn back, Ange pulled out Lightning, “Curse him.”
Delighted, Lightning immediately rubbed hands and burst into curses: “…Y=**%…*#(%&Y=*.”
Lightning's voice, amplified by Ange's Divine Power, oscillated and reached far to the ears of Dark Wing.
“You're cursing me?” Dark Wing looked bewildered and incredulous; it was an experience it had never had before.
“So what if I curse you? Come fight me if you dare! You think just because you're big, your face is big too? I'm cursing you because I respect you; you should thank me, look at your flat and round big mouth, eating everything it encounters, even eats what others excrete, getting all crammed up in your brains causing paralytic brains, shrunken cerebellum, and lethargic soul…”
“I'll kill you!!!” Dark Wing let out a furious roar and with a fierce flap of its wings, chased after him again.
Ange quickly stuffed Lightning back into the space and continued to flee. When Dark Wing finally couldn't keep up and stopped, he pulled Lightning out again.
Just like that, they continued the chase, leaving the Chaos Plane and entering the domain of the Void.
The Void was truly empty and void, unlike the Chaos Plane. There, apart from the Chaos Mist, there was a massive amount of matter, cluttered like a flattened pie, forming a vast 'plane' together with the Chaos Mist.
If the angle wasn't right, one's vision could even be blocked by debris, unable to see the Chaos Fog Region in the same plane, only by adjusting the angle and leaving the 'plane' region could one glimpse the entirety of the Chaos Plane.
Ange had now left the plane's region and arrived in the oblique upper part of the Void, entering a world without obstruction or anything at all.
Looking back, the whole Chaos Plane was clearly visible; it looked like a giant round table, stretching to the limit of perception, and the end was the Mist Zone, rising high above the plane's area, looking like a circle.
But now, the 'circle' seemed much larger than when Ange had seen it in the bug hole of Hole Bug.
“Hey? Has it expanded?” Negris, who shared Ange's video, exclaimed in surprise and then asked, “Why did you lure Dark Wing out?”
“To delay, run, or kill,” Ange responded.
“You want to buy time for some from the Abyss to escape, or looking for a chance to see if you can kill him?” Negris speculated.
Ange nodded.
“Will it work? But this Big Mouth of the Abyss has such a temper, can't even take a couple of insults, is it even a Primordial God?” Negris said disdainfully.
Anthony's consciousness was also projecting, and he couldn't help saying, “Does it have to do with having a big temper? It's Lightning's mouth that's too venomous okay? Any intelligent being can't stand it, and it's not just plain insult, but targeting psychological weaknesses, like threatening to burn an adult's field, who could stand it? And now it's asking Garritt what the Big Mouth of the Abyss hates the most.”
Ange instantly empathized, feeling the rage of the Big Mouth of the Abyss, while Negris panicked, “This is trouble, we can't let them stay together in the future. Garritt's hearing combined with Lightning's mouth, invincible across all realms, and if it ends up spreading gossip about you messing with the Enchanting Demon everywhere, you're done for.”
Anthony was confused, “When did I mess around with an Enchanting Demon?”
“Does it matter? Garritt said he heard it, and who wouldn't believe him?” Negris replied.
Anthony gasped, “Indeed, we can't let them stay together, it's too terrifying. I'll have to cast a Great Silence Technique on it later to stop it from spreading rumors about us.”
Negris counted on his fingers, “Great Prophecy Spell, Echo Spell, Great Wishing Spell, where did you get a Great Silence Technique from?”
“When the time comes, I'll just define one. Lord Ange is right here. My lord, will you silence it then?” Anthony asked.
“Sure,” Ange immediately agreed.
“… So that's how you serve as a god's spokesperson.” Negris was almost too exasperated to comment–having good relations with the Master God really meant you could do whatever you wanted.
Verbal attacks ultimately had their limits, and by the sixth pause, Dark Wing had gotten used to them and was no longer affected. He gave Ange a deep look.
Ange quickly pulled out Lightning. Just as Lightning was about to speak, he noticed Dark Wing had covered its ears.
Such an entity, of course, did not rely on ears to hear. This gesture was simply a way to express his desire to hear no more, and his ability to block all information.
Dark Wing then shifted his gaze onto Lightning, giving it a look that sent a shiver down its entire body.
Then, Dark Wing's wings spread open, twisting into a vortex and swiftly sucking him in.
“Ah, he still escaped. Not so easy to fool, this one,” lamented Negris.
Anthony said in a grave tone, “This is not good. Abyssal Big Mouth is a Primordial God. What could be more important than the Lord's strike or Lightning's foul mouth? If I were a Primordial God, I would stop at nothing to pursue the offender to the ends of the Void and crush him. Yet, he recalled his avatar; why? Could it be that there's something even more critical he needs to attend to?”
What else could be more important to a Primordial God like Abyssal Big Mouth than a Void Collapse?
“This is troublesome. Even the Primordial God is cautious about the Void Collapse. I wonder if Your Majesty can handle it,” Anthony said.
Ange directed his gaze toward the distant Chaos Fog Region, then suddenly tilted his head, “The mist, it used to be a light ball.”
“What do you mean?” Even Negris didn't understand what he meant.
Unable to explain clearly, Ange simply extended his hand and manifested the scene he had seen from the core of the Divine Tree. In the center, supported by the Tree of Ten Thousand Realms, was a giant light ball.
From their current position, one could barely discern the traces where the Tree of Ten Thousand Realms once existed, but the giant light ball had vanished, replaced now by a vast expanse of mist.
“Hiss, could the meaning of the Void Collapse be that the original giant light ball exploded?” Negris exclaimed.
Before Ange could respond, a crunching sound suddenly resonated nearby: Crunch–Crunch–Crunch–
“Who is eating? Why is it so loud? There's no air here, how could the sound of eating be this loud?” Negris said, shocked.
Ange looked toward the source of the noise, only to see patches of the Void disappearing bit by bit as if something were biting into it, revealing an increasingly large hole.
Sensing someone watching, the thing devouring the Void moved closer to the hole, and a thought extended toward them: Long Long?
