Chapter 1133: Chapter 697 This Idea is Destined to Be Unrealizable Chapter 1133: Chapter 697 This Idea is Destined to Be Unrealizable Big Cat was downright annoying, and who knew if it was because he had stayed with Lightning too much, but he developed some bad habits. He didn't absorb the Hole Crystal immediately, but instead held it in his paws, occasionally glancing at Little Cat with a provocative expression, and then sticking out his tongue to lick it.
Little Cat's envy was so intense that his nose wrinkled up as he pitifully looked towards Starfire, who was on the brink of madness. It was the Hole Bug's hole after all–not to say she couldn't get it herself, but even if she did… would she really give it to a Dimension Beast to play with? Was there such a thing as being too wasteful?
Wasn't this just like buying a luxury sports car and then letting the kids use it as a bumper car?
Realizing its master would never let it play with the object, Little Cat sighed, turned its head, and looked enviously at Big Cat again, its pitiful appearance making Starfire want to empty out his pockets to buy it for him.
But the issue was, Starfire didn't have pockets, and even if he did, they would be clean.
“Uh, could you, maybe, trade me some Dimensional power? I… I'll trade with Chaos Mist, but I'll owe you for a while,” said Goddess Starfire.
Ange tilted his head and signaled with a wave of his hand. A Goblin's phantom appeared rubbing its hands on his body, wearing a 'genuinely at your service' expression.
Goddess Starfire had been fooled by these Goblins before, waved her hands hurriedly, “Go back, go back, I am not trading, not trading anything anymore.”
The Goblin, looking disappointed, retracted back into Ange's body.
Little Cat rested its chin on the ground, looking dejected, occasionally glancing at Big Cat.
Having satisfied its mischievous appetite and finding no more sense of achievement, Big Cat finally swallowed the Hole Crystal. Not long after, he spat it out, but the slowly moving hole inside the crystal had disappeared.
In a hidden part of the Chaos Plane, Little Devil King was stuck in endless annoyance and fury, with the emotions of 'having to accept reality' and 'why is this happening to me' alternating in his mind, making him want to shred everything in front of him.
Who could accept it? It was supposed to be just changing into a new outfit, yet inexplicably, ended up in Prison of Death? What kind of ludicrous plot was this?
A blank God Status, and just transferring thought onto it, wasn't it just like changing into a new outfit? Why did it lead to being controlled by Soul Brand?
Such an absurd event was hard for anyone to accept, but it had indeed happened.
Smashing the nearby rocks to smithereens, Little Devil King stopped and hesitated again, because someone named Nage had given him a task–to bring back the Great Devil King of Purgatory.
The reason was simple; as soon as he could bring the Devil King back, then next to Dark Wing, there would only be Light of Creation, who was not good at fighting.
“This Fatty Dragon is bluffing, right? Only Light of Creation left beside Dark Wing? Where did Lord Starfire go? Did they really capture her?” Little Devil King muttered to himself, still somewhat in disbelief.
What strength did Goddess Starfire possess? Even defeating her was difficult, let alone capturing her. Even Abyssal Big Mouth might not be able to do it.
“But if they could trick me from so far away using a God Status, is capturing Lord Starfire really that difficult?” Little Devil King murmured again.
Compared to using a blank God Status to carve a Soul Brand on him, thereby establishing Soul Contact, capturing Goddess Starfire seemed not so difficult after all.
“Do I even have a choice?” the Little Devil King muttered finally.
“No,” he answered himself, sighing deeply as he began setting up.
He stretched out his hand, and clumps of smoke rose, transforming into demons. These demons, flapping their huge fleshy wings and shrouded in smoke, contaminated anything they touched, instantly polluting it.
The surrounding rocks soon turned into a deep red demonic rock.
These demons approached, some grabbing hands, others hugging legs, and some embracing him around the waist, tightly trapping the Little Devil King.
He thought for a moment and felt it wasn't realistic enough. He looked at some of the demons, and they immediately moved; their nails elongated, piercing into his flesh.
Allowing his wounds to bleed, appearing battered and utterly exhausted, he finally focused his eyes on a rock in front of him and spat out a Magma Fireball.
The Magma Fireball landed at the focus of his gaze, instantly spreading and etching out a Hexagram Array. The array boiled and burned, and then, a giant hand pierced out from within it.
“The ancient Nasus the Great Devil King has awakened, bringing destruction to the world… How fake, Nasus was slain by me. This wouldn't deceive the Great Devil. Let's not use the Undead Ruler,” the Little Devil King muttered.
As if hearing his muttering, the giant hand in the hexagram quickly retracted and then emerged as a skeletal hand. A tall skeleton climbed out of the hexagram, brandishing a Death Scythe.
The demons gripping the Little Devil King gradually shed their flesh, reducing to mere skeletons. The dispersing demonic aura transformed into a breath of death, and the red demonic rock on the ground turned into Breathing Soil.
Once everything was ready, the Little Devil King carefully surveyed his surroundings, his eyes finally resting on the Death Scythe in the skeleton's hands, and he screamed in his heart, “Great Demon, save me!”
This scene, communicated through their mental connections, instantly reached the heart of the Great Devil King of Purgatory.
In the Void, Dark Wing, Light of Creation, and Great Devil King of Purgatory were flying forward; at that moment, receiving the mental message from the Little Devil, he exclaimed in shock, “No good, the Little Devil is in danger. It's the Undead Ruler; he's been captured!”
Compared to the safety of the Little Devil, everything else was secondary. Having said this, the Great Devil immediately shifted location; a flash of white light, and he was gone from the group of three.
Dark Wing opened his mouth, but it was too late for words. The Undead Ruler had captured the Little Devil? What had happened?
Unfortunately, the Great Devil had already shifted locations, making it impossible to inquire further. All that could be said was, “How did the Undead Ruler make a move on the Little Devil? Well, hopefully, they are all right. Just the three of us left, taking down the Law Breaker should be no problem. I wonder if Starfire has pinpointed their location yet.”
“Of course, there's no problem, Lord. You are so powerful, too bad I can't fight. I can only cheer for you and Starfire,” Light of Creation hurriedly clarified.
Dark Wing sighed, this was the scenario he liked least. With the Great Devil gone, and Light of Creation firmly non-combative, if he didn't command Starfire, he would have to take action himself.
Being previously Dark Wing, he had an entire Chaos Holy Spirit Legion at his command; personally fighting wasn't a big deal. Now that his identity was exposed, he was the Abyssal Big Mouth, having to fight personally? How undignified.
“It looks like I can only command Starfire,” thought Dark Wing inside, though sadly, this thought was never to come to fruition.
PS: In the new year, I wish everyone health, safety, success in your endeavors and prosperity.
