Chapter 509: Chapter 508: The Secret Hidden Beneath the Tip of the Iceberg (Part 3)
The dizziness from teleportation vanished in an instant.
When Fang Zheng opened his eyes again, he was no longer in the dark, gloomy underground tunnel but on a snowy plain engulfed in a blizzard. While the Giant of Light was restrained by the Spider Lord, other Chaos Monsters also rushed forward, attempting to completely crush their foe. Under the assault of the Chaos Monsters, the Giant of Light seemed to falter as its huge body swayed left and right amidst the holes it had created.
Yet soon, the Giant of Light steadied itself again. Its head whipped around abruptly, and Fang Zheng then saw a series of runes flash across the helmet of the Giant of Light. Following this, accompanied by a loud explosion, a blinding radiance erupted from the center of the Giant of Light, engulfing both the Spider Lord and the Chaos Monsters.
“Boom——–!
Blinding white light shot towards them, making Fang Zheng and the others reflexively raise their hands to shield their faces. When the glow had dissipated, they saw nothing but scorched earth around the Giant of Light, and as for those Chaos Monsters, none were left.

“Flying without wings? Is this octopus even possible?”
Seeing the octopus undulating in the sea of clouds took Fang Zheng by surprise. Compared to the giant gorilla and Moth Lord he had seen before, this Octopus Lord seemed even more formidable–not least because of its sheer size.
The Octopus Lord again opened its mouth and roared at the Giant of Light. Simultaneously, numerous thick tentacles soared out from the clouds and attacked the enemy.
And facing the tentacles lunging towards it, the Giant of Light did not hesitate; it brandished its lightsaber and swiftly severed those tentacles. But the octopus's tentacles seemed endless, and as soon as the Giant of Light's lightsaber fell, more tentacles burst out, continuing their assault on the enemy.
“Master, I've completed the analysis!”
At that moment, Nymph spoke up.
“This is a very special form of energy, but quite regular. If we can obtain the core from inside the Giant of Light, I am confident that I can conduct further analysis!”
“Oh?”
Hearing Nymph's response, Fang Zheng perked up. But just then, suddenly, the situation dramatically changed!
