There, a young woman dressed in a formal gown stood with her hands on her hips and her gaze fierce, glaring down the sailors of the Black Crow Ship, who, for their part, wore sour expressions as they glared back at her.

Seeing this commotion, Captain Fox, as the ship's master, could not just feign ignorance. He hurried forward to inquire about the situation, and seeing their captain approach, the scowling sailors quickly gathered around him.
“Captain, look at the sort of people we've rescued!”
“Exactly, with attitudes as foul as a sea monster's foot-washing water!”
No wonder the sailors were so angry; they had risked their lives to save these people. What they hadn't expected was that this young lady, instead of thanking them for her rescue, berated them instead, accusing them of being blind and asking why they hadn't saved her first before others!
This left the sailors utterly bemused. When rescuing, it was natural to save those in most immediate danger first, then those less at risk afterward. And there stood the young lady, perfectly safe on the deck, albeit with her clothes wet from sea spray, certainly in less need of urgent help compared to those wounded in the skirmish!
The young lady was in fine form, coming straight up to them and cursing them as a bunch of blind men and barbarians, infuriating the sailors who eked out a living on the sea. Had it not been for the fact that she was a woman, they would have raised their fists and given her a good thrashing long ago.
“Miss, please calm down…”
While soothing his sailors, Captain Fox also approached the woman with a forced smile, trying to keep a brave face. As a captain, he was quite accustomed to dealing with troublesome guests, so he seemed well-practiced in handling such situations.
