Demon Guardian in the Multiverse 2 The Tournament of Highever

Logan trained for half a year his skill and become acquainted with his new body. After this, he went and trained against animals or bandits for a year. He also has a nickname around there the white Demon he is called. He had no chance to use his guns on the enemy yet. He mastered almost all his Guardian's Power only his Hunter abilities are mostly his problems. Also, he can't use them against Human they would call him Abomination. His Devil Trigger he can't show it either but he can be in it for half an hour before he transforms back. He also scrolled over the shop menu to see what he can all buy. To become more overpowered. He did the same with his mission menu and found out that it's more like an achievement like 'Witness the death of Duncan'.You get achievement points found out that they get accumulated until he leaves this world for the next. Here goes my plan to become unstoppable. The only good thing is he can get abilities through missions too.

Logan: "What nice day to walk. Justice how long until the tournament?"

Justice: "The Registration is today the tournament begins tomorrow."

Logan: "F*** alright plan b it's portal time."

He picked Yamato and swings it in the air to open a portal towards the outskirt of Highever and runs an hour to get in and ask a Guard were he could register for the tournament. After arriving on the registration post he inscribed himself on the paper and searched for an inn to stay the night.

The next morning he goes to the square in front of the castle was the arena built. There he sees some people he knew from the game like Ser Jory, Duncan also the Cousland Family was attending.

Logan:'The younger Cousland is female her name must be Elissa then. She looks nice but let's leave her to Alistair.'

Announcer: "Lords and Ladies welcome to the tournament of Highever. The winner of this tournament will be compensated with 50 Sovereign and a special prize if you can convince the Teyrn or Grey Warden in your duels. Now let's get ready for this I want all the participants to come to the ring and bow to the Teyrn of Highever."

All participants have gone to the arena bowed before the teyrn and his family. Then they took their place around the arena too.

Announcer: "Let the tournament begin."

Logan began to look around to see only people he doesn't recognize. Until he feels someone watching him. He looks around to see the Teyrn on one side and Duncan from another side looking at him.

POV Bryce Cousland

'This pup is interesting. I have heard that a white-haired man was killing bandits around the coast to the Waking Sea. That must be him.' thought Bryce.

His Daughter comes over to talk to him. "Father what Sword is this man carrying on his hip I have never seen one like this before."

"I have no Idea, my Daughter but I think we will find out when it's his turn to fight," answered Bryce. "Now let's sit down and enjoy the tournament."

POV Duncan

'This youngling is promising he sensed that I and the Teyrn were looking at him. *grins* I want him as a Warden I hope he wins the tournament.'

POV End back to Logan

Logan was preparing his Swords Rebellion on the back and Yamato on his hip on his left side. Waiting for the Announcer calls for him. Looking at the duels before his to assess his competition.

'Hope they are good if not *sigh* it will be boring as hell until I get to Ostagar.' thought Logan.

The Duel started and watched how boring it was he looked around the crowd to see their reaction. To see how they enjoyed it. 'At least we are only 8 participants no wonder, Jory won the tournament.'

Waiting for his turn Logan shut his eyes and started to meditate. Only when one has a healthy Body and Mind someone is invincible. While I shut he fell someone watching him with killing intent it was the young Cousland thinking he wasn't taking it seriously.

Logan opened his eyes and looked at her. He smiled at her and then send a little of his killing intent back.

POV Elissa

'What is this killing intent it is so dense how can it be so strong.' she thought than saying to her father, " Father that man is not simple at all who is he?"

Bryce answered here, "You would not know him by his name but his nickname he earned from his enemy. *grins towards his Daughter* He is known as the White Demon of the Coastland. He killed in 1 year over 100 Bandits alone. He has done the Bannorn, the Coastland, and Ferelden a big service doing that for nothing. Many say he did it to improve his skills others say it was to brag that his skill was the best."

After hearing her father she wanted to see him fight.

POV back to Logan

Seeing the attention of the little princess is back by her father he closes his eyes again waiting for his turn.

"For the next fight of our quarterfinals, we have Logan vs ser Ferdinand." the announcer shouted so everyone could hear him.

"Please come to the ring."

Logan stood up walking over to the ring. Ser Ferdinand walked over to and the judge of the duel says, "I want a fight without the winner is the one who disarms his opponents first or if the enemy fall of the arena. Killing will be punished with Death. Now bow to each other and go to your positions so the fight can start." Both go to their position and wait for the judge to start the fight. Ser Ferdinand uses Sword and Shield. While Logan picked Rebellion with his right hand and put it on his right shoulder. "Fight!"

Logan sprints forward like a spear and uses Stinger to break the shield of ser Ferdinand. And follows with Millions Stabs to cut ser Ferdinand lightly on his right hand to make him drop the sword. Ser Ferdinand doesn't let go of his sword an tries to slash at Logan who blocks with his two-hander easily. After blocking Logan used the blunt side of his sword to push Ser Ferdinand out. Ser Ferdinand tried to block but couldn't withstand the raw strength behind the blow and was pushed out.

"The match is over Logan win." says the judge. In the meantime, Logan walkover to ser Ferdinand to help him up while saying, "Good match was surprised you didn't let go of your sword."

Ser Ferdinand: "A knight never lets go of his sword, not even facing death. My mentor always says this. Hope to see you again." He bowed and left for the healer to give him some potion for the pain and to bandages for his sword arm.

Logan goes back to his corner while the public is clapping there hand for his win while he sits down to meditate again. Waiting for his next opponent. Ser Jory was fighting against a rogue who was trying to win with everything he has but lost against Ser Jory. 'The power of plot armor' is what Logan thought.

5 minutes later

Semifinals began Logan had to go against Rogue named Jack. Jack has two one-handed swords on the back with a belt full of throwing knives. At least 10 could Logan see.

'Let's adjust my power a little to play.' Thought Logan before he goes to the ring. The judge was waiting for both fighters in the middle of the arena and said, "Like before a clean fight no rules. And no killing. Now bow to each other and go to your positions."

Both did what needed to be done and got to there position gripping their weapon of chose. Logan picked Yamato for this fight while Jack had one hand on his belt and another on his sword. "Fight!"

Jack begins the fight throwing 2 knives at Logan and sprints at him with full speed while picking the other sword to make a horizontal slash with both. Logan parries both with his tachi(A/N: A Tachi is a long Katana.) and prepares himself for Jacks next attack that he avoids by jumping back a bit. Taking his hand the handle of the katana wanting to unsheath it. Jack tries to attack with his swords again. Uses his right hand first to meet for his misfortune Logan head-on because Logan goes into infighting and gives him a headbutt. Jack takes two steps back and Logan follows while finally unsheathing his tachi to cut through both swords of his opponent. Jack letting go of them goes for his belt only to see Yamato on his neck.

The judge interfered and said, "The fight is over Logan wins." Logan sheets his tachi and goes over and picked five sovereigns from his pocket to give it to Jack while saying, "Nice fight here compensation for the swords." Logan grins and goes back to his place in the arena and sits down and meditates while thinking, 'Used to much power. Yamato doesn't want to fight weaklings it appears.*sigh* Well, whatever can't change what happened.' Then he looks at the sheathed Yamato while sighing again.

POV Duncan

'He is strong a good asset for the wardens. He must feel frustrated to fight here he sighs a lot after the Battle he must be bored.' Duncan thinks while smiling from ear to ear from finding a raw diamond.

POV Cousland Family

Elissa seeing the face of Logan wanted to go down to bash his head. But her father and mother stopped her. Fergus the older of the siblings said, "He must be bored is sighs a lot."

Bryce smiles and says, "He might have come to challenge his skill and now he is disappointed."

Elissa: "Why are you smiling father? He isn't even taking the tournament seriously with the look on his face." Getting angrier by the second seeing Logan like that.

Eleanor the mother of the two and wife of Bryce said, "You are talking like me when I met your father back then. Does that say I will get a son-in-law?" *laughing on her daughter's antics*

"She might fall for him in time when he works in the castle since I want him as a guard if the warden doesn't want him," says Bryce.

"Never," says Elissa while her nephew Oren was on her lap asking "What is a son-in-law?"

"That would be for you a new uncle Oren," says his mother Oriana.

Oren begins to smile while Elissa said, "Oren don't hear to them I'm still too young for me to marry someone."

Everyone in the family begins to laugh only Elissa looked grim and Oren didn't understand what was going on.

POV Logan

'Well at least I have the attention of Duncan looks like I will be recruited if I win this tournament,' with a smile on his face, 'Let's see how Jory wins with his plot armor I always wanted to hit him hard for leaving his wife and kid back while to become a grey warden. My dream will become real in some minutes.

Jory won against the knight he was fighting. Walked off the ring while the announcer shouted, "The last fight will be Logan vs Ser Jory will begin in 10 minutes when both have rested and are at full strength."

Logan grins at that, 'If I go at full strength I might kill half the city with one swing of Yamato.' He goes to the ring and waits there for his opponent.

After 15 minutes both stand the ring they bow to each other and took their positions in the ring. Logan picked Rebellion in this fight and Jory with his two-hander Sword in his hand. 'Let's make it quick it's getting late,' thought Logan. The judge said, "Fight!" and the fight began.

Logan sprinted like before at his opponent and used the blunt side to sent his opponent into the air with 'High Time' following Jory in the air and struck him down with 'Helm Breaker' to send him outside the ring. Jory really tried to block the first strike but the strength and speed that broke his sword almost immediately he was happy that the sword took almost all the damage. He only had some broken ribs and his arms were numb.

The spectator couldn't believe what they saw when the match was over in less than a minute and you could see how shocked they were. The public thought Logan killed Jory in the duel because Jory didn't move at first. While Logan walked over to help him up and giving him 5 sovereigns for the sword and walk back to the ring where the judge was waiting for him.

"Winner of the tournament of Highever is Logan, " say the judge and the people begin to celebrate and cheers for the new champion of the tournament. In the meantime, Duncan and Bryce came down to the ring to congratulate him and give him his prize.

"Congratulations on winning the tournament," says Bryce while shaking hands with Logan and handing him the prize money.

While Duncan congratulates him for winning and shakes his hand he says, "Do you want to join the grey warden Logan?"

"Why not at least I don't have to live in the forest and there is the fighting against the Darkspawn so where do I sign," said Logan half joking.

Bryce said, "*sigh* Should have known you wanted him as a warden when you saw him fighting."

Duncan with a smile on his face says, "Meet me tomorrow at the gates of Highever to leave we have a long trip to Denerim."

Logan nod and enjoy the feast that is celebrating his victory today.

Later he goes to the same inn and wanted to go to sleep when Justice came out.

"Logan you unlocked two achievements," said Justice.

"Which are?" asks Logan

"The first is 'the winner of the tournament of Highever'. The other is 'changing the future of Ser Jory'. Your rewards are 15.000 AP and Quicksilver skill of Dante. That's all here a letter on how to use your power from Shura."

Logan's reads the letter.

Logan, I'm bored of seeing you killing no one in the tournament. I  hope I see some killing next time.

P.S. Quicksilver use the demonic power in you. You can activate it while snapping your left index and middle fingers against your thumb it works up to 1 minute no longer would be unfair for your future enemies (evil laugh)

P.S.S. Have Fun

Logan sets the letter on flame with his sol power and goes to bed while saying, "Justice wake me up when it's morning."

Justice nods and disappears again.

'Tomorrow will be a long day,' thought Logan.
