Cruel Emperor and the Princess of Prophecy 001

Author Note: This is the serialization of [The Cruel Emperor and the Princess of Prophecy.]

There's some difference in the setting with the one shot version since this was the prologue.

I will also post chapter one of the story at a later date.

“This kid surely will overthrow her father.”

The second daughter of King Roware was born. She was a kid born from the wife of King Roware, the Princess of Darimoa Kingdom. For her who looked like her mother, one prophecy was given.

“This kid surely will overthrow her father.”

It was a prophecy of parricide (ED Note: Parricide means killing of a family member or other near relative). Well, the above mentioned 『Overthrow』is not determined to be a murder. However, it's a fact that this kid will threaten her father's position.

Of course, King Roware was really afraid that this baby will come and overthrow him. Though in the present, fortune tellers existed but their numbers were scarce. It is said that their prophecy will never miss. The fortune teller that served the royal family was killed because if you speak of the prophecy you will receive the death penalty. The King exiled the Princess and her mother so they weren't get killed but were instead exiled to a monastery at the border of the Kingdom.

Nineteen years passed since then. The baby-right now, perhaps it's more fitting to call her a lady who received the prophecy was told to leave the monastery. Her marriage partner has already been decided. There was a time when a girl who entered a monastery returned to their social life then married, but that is really a rare thing.

In the first place, that girl who wasn't even a nun, 'returned to her social life'. That term is quite weird to use for her because her status was as a researcher that was just attached to the monastery.

That girl, the second princess, had a marriage partner from the Hainzel Empire.

It was a Kingdom that was ruled by an Emperor that they called the Cruel Emperor.
