"I know it sucks with the System acting up right now. But it will be fixed soon. The fighting is taking place all across the different Worlds as we speak." I gave her a nod. What bothered me is that it felt like I was getting attacked more than others. From what Jane reported, nothing happened to her or the places she was in. But people she knew had been attacked.

"You could have warned me!" Vergil said looking embarrassed. He hugged her back as if she would disappear into nothing. His eyes were red but he didnt cry. He was holding it in. "Thank you."

"Right, just take it easy for a while. Galtea will help you settle in." I turned to walk away. I shifted to appear to Lighting. She was practicing her sword work. I waited until she finished before addressing her. "So... hows it going?"

That might traumatize her though." I was not joking. I would totally kidnap the kid if it would get her to focus on what I needed her to do. My shit comes first. Especially since she proved to be a fantastic general for Daein. "Well?"

"No. I dont want her to hate me anymore then she already does." Lighting stared back at me feeling hopeless. "I need to go to her. I know that.. I know we can be attack at any time. But my sister.."

"Done. Go now." I said as I made a rift for her. "Good luck."

"I will come back. I swear I will." She looked at me and then went inside. "Daein is my home now. As one of its generals, I will make sure it prospers."

"Woosh," Someone appeared behind me. I turned a little surprised. No one was there. I thought I was going crazy again. Turning back I used another Pull and waited for it to start.

"I cant believe you did that." I turned to see Riku behind me. "Glad to know you are still in there somewhere."

"Think whatever you want Riku. I cant change what you think anway." I said shrugging my shoulders at her. "What can I do for you?"

"Try to convince me but that is a waste. You look like you gave up on me." Riku stared at me with a hurt look in her eye. The other was covered by an eye patch she made. "Guess I will have to kick your ass to show my value."

"Stupid." I teleport to right in front of her. "You are valuable. I just didnt want to fight you to prove it. Besides you are the one keeping me from your world not me. Part of the reason I cant stay is you. You are forcing me out and the enemy is using that as a chance to mess with me."

Her biotic strands wrapped around me. I felt the Aeon we shared grow stronger again. "I am having trouble dealing with everything myself. I want you there fighting with us personally. But I want to win more than anything. I dont want my World destroyed." She was firm with her resolve.

"Thank you." Riku gripped tightened on me then I felt the proverbial walls go up as her biotic strands stopped flowing. "Here comes Rose." Her voice contained venom. "I will go. See you later. Smooch." She gave me a kiss on my cheek then disappeared.

"Hello, Azul. Care to have a chat?" Rose asked looking positively stunning. My anger at her was warping into just disdain. Felt as if someone tampered with something inside me when I transitioned earlier.

"Sure. What about?" I gave her quick answers. My guard was up but I needed to work on dealing with her. To much going on that I didnt like.

"I want to connect with you. Not now but the future. I just want you to know that is what I am working towards." I gave her a nod agreeing. "You do not protest?" A small smile formed on her face.

"No. Just that simple. Do what you want. However, do not cross that line again. I know you understand me." Someone was influencing me somewhere. They were just pleading with me to not to send her away. Encouraging me to trust myself and her. I could recognize it a little. Sounded like the Trickster.

"Rose.. just do what is needed of you. Try to help some of the others. You are good at that. Try helping Quists and Tifa with there martial arts." I was not much of an idiot to turn that type of commitment away. She meant well but I don't forgive easily. If at all. "Shit, you could defintely teach Galtea some as well." I ignored the spike at the memory. She meant well but it drove me actually insane when she did it. I went on a rampage in that Street Fighter world. I killed a lot of fighters. Even fought Akuma.. that did not go well for me. Not at all. I will pay him back for that loss in time. If I survived this shit.

"Very well." Rose nodded. I sent her a biotic strand. It contained a memory of us fighting togethor in Street Fighter. It was one of the few memories that I could pull from my mind without getting angry. I then left to return to Final Fantasy 10.
