Now, allow me to share a bit about the challenges I've faced with this book. It's been quite a bumpy ride; despite not writing anything sensitive, my chapters kept getting blocked, causing me to lose my smart push notifications. My failure to win a recommendation slot was likely due, in part, to the chapter blockade the day before the PK. In fact, the original plan was to put the book on the shelves next week, but since I lost the PK, I decided to move the release forward.
While the current performance isn't stellar, this is my first book since graduation, and I am determined to write it well. Rest assured that I will strive to update regularly, and there's no need to worry about it being discontinued.
Moreover, I'm cautiously optimistic. Even though the initial response hasn't been ideal, there are cases where books pick up momentum later on and do well. So, if you're able to, please consider subscribing on Qidian. I, Qingu, bow to all of you who have supported me thus far.
Currently, the book has around 25,000 collections. With Qidian's anti-plagiarism measures in place, stronger authors tend to have a subscription-to-collection ratio of around 5:1.
However, I'm aware that I don't have that level of prowess yet, so my expected subscription target is 2,500, which equates to a 10:1 ratio, and I would be extremely content if I hit that number. Anything beyond that would be a delightful surprise, and I wonder if you all could give me such a pleasant surprise (daydreaming here).
Regarding updates, I guarantee a minimum of five chapters on the day of release, and I'll release as many chapters as I can write.
For extra chapters, starting from 2,000 initial subscriptions, I will add one extra chapter for every additional 200 initial subscriptions. For average subscriptions, starting from the second day of the release, I will add one extra chapter for every increase of 100 average subscriptions (this offer is permanently valid).
