"Mr. Carmen, where are we going now?"

On the giant flying carpet above Metropolis, Barry, the Flash, wearing his Flash Suit, munched on snacks while looking at the idols seated on the carpet and quietly asked Jerry.

"Oh, we're going to find Aquaman, the current Lord of the Seven Seas of Atlantis."

Jerry turned around, holding a cup of milk tea.

"Atlantis! Isn't that a mythical race?"

Barry's eyes widened.

"Yes, they now live under the sea. Let me introduce you to our partners for this mission."

Jerry first pointed to Superman, Batman, and Catwoman, then introduced Wonder Woman and Martian Manhunter:

"You should know these three, so I won't go into detail. This is Diana, the princess of the Amazons and daughter of Zeus. This is Swanwick, a Martian Manhunter from Mars."

"Daughter of Zeus! Martian Manhunter!"

Barry was once again speechless.

He was already quite surprised to see the famous Superman, Batman, and Catwoman with Jerry, but now even the daughter of Zeus and an alien were here.

While they were chatting and getting to know each other, the flying carpet arrived above the waters of Atlantis.

"Aquaman, we're here!"

Jerry pulled out a Magic Mirror.

"I'll come and pick you up right away."

A rough voice came from the Magic Mirror.

Two minutes later, the previously calm sea suddenly became turbulent, and a hundred-meter-tall Colossal Sea Beast emerged from the water. It was the same beast that had guarded the Golden Trident in the Underground Dark Sea.

Aquaman, holding the Golden Trident and wearing his Golden Atlantean Armor, stood on the beast's head, waving up at Jerry.

"Jerry, over here!"

Jerry smiled and maneuvered the flying carpet to land on the beast's head.

"We can make our way over ourselves; you don't need to come all the way out."

When he had informed Aquaman earlier, Jerry had planned to use a Water-Repelling Spell to take everyone to the underwater city of Atlantis. However, Aquaman insisted on personally coming to greet them.

Aquaman patted his strong chest.

"If it weren't for your help, my mother wouldn't have been saved, and I wouldn't have become the Lord of the Seven Seas!"

"Let's not talk about that. These are my friends, here to help fight Darkseid."

Jerry introduced Superman and the others to Aquaman one by one.

Aquaman shook hands with each of them, warmly welcoming them.

"Since the Four Kingdoms Navy has gathered, let's set off!"

At Jerry's reminder, Aquaman ordered the sea beast to take everyone into the ocean, while he used the Golden Trident to create a protective barrier to keep the water from entering the area on the beast's head.

Despite its massive size, the sea beast moved quickly, soon bringing everyone to the underwater kingdom of Atlantis.

At the entrance to Atlantis, a dense fleet of advanced underwater warships and a vast army of sea creatures were already waiting. The most powerful armies of the four major sea tribes—Atlantis, Zebel, Fisherman, and Brine—were all present.

"Aquaman, are we heading to the Trench Sea now?"

Seeing Aquaman's return, the red-haired King Zebel, the fish-tailed King Fisherman, and the giant, crab-like King Brine, each holding their tridents, came forward to greet him.

After a discussion among the kings, the location for resisting Darkseid's invasion was set in the Underground Dark Sea.

Fighting there would not endanger human or other sea creature lives, and even in the event of failure, they could safely retreat using Aquaman's Golden Trident, sealing the exit with the thousands of ferocious Trench creatures.

Jerry didn't object to the proposal.

Aquaman raised the Golden Trident and nodded.

Aquaman had assumed Jerry could only teleport a few people, but he didn't realize that Jerry was just doing it for convenience. With a larger group, Jerry could directly open a portal.

In front of the small island in the Underground Dark Sea, Jerry, Superman, Batman, Catwoman, Martian Manhunter, The Flash, and Aquaman stood on the shore, with the dense ranks of the Four Kingdoms' navy behind them in the dark sea.

Sensing the immense presence, the dinosaurs and creatures on the island had all retreated to the depths.

"Let's begin, Jerry!"

Diana, wearing her star-spangled tiara, held the Sword of Hephaestus in one hand and the Lasso of Truth in the other, assuming a battle stance.

Superman and Martian Manhunter each flew into the air, their eyes glowing red.

Batman used his Magic Stick to summon a Bat-Suit, wielding an Emp Gun. Catwoman held a whip in one hand and a pair of sharp Claw Gloves in the other.

The Flash stood ready to enter Super Speed at a moment's notice.

Aquaman raised the Golden Trident, and behind him, the three kings and countless sea creatures raised their weapons, ready for battle.

"Alright!"

Jerry took out the three Mother Boxes, one of which, the one guarded by the Amazons, was shaking violently.

"A week ago, I detected someone trying to use the Mother Box to open a Spatial Gateway, but I restricted it with Magic. Once I release the Magic, the Spatial Gateway will appear."

Jerry wasn't lying, but he omitted a crucial detail: two weeks ago, he had deliberately controlled the Mother Box to send out a signal, drawing Darkseid's attention and leading to the dispatch of Steppenwolf to open the Spatial Gateway.

However, it was inevitable. Even if Jerry hadn't acted, Darkseid's continuous conquest of the universe would eventually have led him to Earth, especially given the significant setback Darkseid had suffered on Earth in his youth and the Anti-Life Equation, which he prized most.

By taking the initiative, Jerry turned a passive situation into an active one.

With a wave of his hand, he released his control over the Mother Box, and a powerful Spatial energy burst from the Amazon-guarded Mother Box. A massive Spatial Gateway appeared above it.

"Boom!"

Steppenwolf, clad in X-Metal armor and wielding a War Axe, leaped out of the Spatial Gateway and landed on the island's beach.

Then, a swarm of Parademons followed, flying out in droves.

"Guardians of the Mother Box, I am General Steppenwolf, and I will bring you fear. I will enlighten you with darkness!"

Steppenwolf looked at Jerry and the others with a hint of disdain, roaring and raising his War Axe.

"Take him down!"

Jerry didn't waste any words and immediately issued the attack command.

Instantly, four beams of light descended, slamming Steppenwolf to the ground. It was Superman's Heat Vision and Martian Manhunter's Martian Beam that struck first.
