"Hmph, just you wait and see," Anko said, hands on her hips. "I'll train hard this weekend and show you my promotion."
Kotetsu and Izumo exchanged concerned looks, hoping she wasn't taking their words too seriously.
"I'm just kidding," Anko assured them, seeing their worried expressions. "I know I'm the strongest girl in our year, and passing the strength test will be a breeze."
Relieved, Kotetsu and Izumo quickly affirmed her, more worried about the possibility of Anko overdoing it than her failing the test. After all, her success would mean she'd be the first among them to advance to Group B, and that would be a tough pill to swallow.

The two readily agreed, and so the trio set off on their evening jog.
"Haha, Obito, have you finally realized that youth is about staying active?" Might Guy gave Obito a thumbs-up, his sparkling white teeth shining brightly in the night.
"What's this about youth? I just want to master taijutsu and learn the Body Flicker Technique," Obito replied, rolling his eyes at Might Guy's enthusiasm.
Every time he saw Might Guy and Itachi training together while he cultivated his nature transformation alone, Obito felt a twinge of jealousy.
It was like living in the same dorm, and while your roommates were already done with their assignments and playing games together, you were still left alone struggling with your work.
"Keep it up, Obito! I'm sure Teacher Mu Yue is also looking forward to your successful challenge," Itachi encouraged.
He felt that Mu Yue wasn't unwilling to teach Obito the 'Rasegan' but was instead laying the groundwork for it.
"Alright! I'll give it another shot on Sunday!" Obito's determination burned brightly upon hearing Itachi's words.
A mere hundred questions couldn't stop his progress as Uchiha Obito!
