Firstly, I want to thank all the readers who have followed the story this far. Your support means a lot to me!
Wizards are a relatively niche topic on Qidian, and it’s much harder to achieve success with them compared to cultivation or martial arts stories.
Fortunately, with the support of all my readers, the book’s performance has been better than I expected.
I plan to write this as a long series, and it’s impossible to satisfy every reader perfectly with a long plot. So I hope you can be understanding and supportive. Thank you, thank you!

Now, for the most important part: tonight, we’ll be updating with five chapters, totaling 20,000 words.
Going forward, I’ll be updating with at least 8,000 words per day, and I’ll try to add extra updates whenever possible.
Initially, I didn’t plan to have an extra update rule, as frequent updates are more beneficial for the author. However, a fellow author friend pointed out that having a rule can provide some pressure and motivation, so I’ll give it a try.
The initial subscription target is set at 1,000. For every additional 100 subscriptions, I’ll add one extra chapter, with no upper limit.
For every 300 monthly votes, I’ll also add one extra chapter, again with no upper limit.
Each extra chapter will be 4,000 words.
