Chapter 726: Lucy, Welcome Aboard
The Starry Key of Virgo was something Feng Ye had obtained some time ago.
This key, too, had been misplaced and ended up in the hands of someone with an unusual sense of aesthetics. Feng Ye, with his foresight, had anticipated this and acquired it ahead of time.
Lucy quickly struck up a conversation with Barbie and soon entered into a contract with her. Her face flushed with excitement and gratitude as she bowed to Feng Ye and stammered, "Thank you... thank you so much..."
"You're welcome," Feng Ye replied with a gentle smile.
Lucy raised her head, her eyes sparkling as she beheld Feng Ye's sunny smile.
However, just at that moment, a human face abruptly appeared in front of her, blocking her view of Feng Ye and startling her so much that she took two steps back.
Upon closer inspection, it was the blue-haired Juvia, her eyes narrowed in suspicion as she glared at Lucy and demanded, "Are you going to be a rival in love too?"
"Umm..." Lucy's expression froze, her lips twitching as she wore a helpless look.
Feng Ye chuckled lightly, unbothered by the interruption. After finishing the juice in his cup, he started to walk out of the guild, waving goodbye as he said, "I'm heading back first."
"Okay," Makarov responded.
As Feng Ye turned to leave, Juvia, who had been keeping a close eye on Lucy, swiftly slid over to his side, wrapped her arms around his arm, and suggested, "Feng Ye, let's go get something to eat... or maybe you'd like to eat me?" The last part was whispered softly, her cheeks dusted with a faint blush.
However, despite her hushed tone, Wendy, standing at a distance, couldn't help but overhear. Being a Dragon Slayer, her hearing was exceptionally sharp. Her face turned scarlet as she recalled recently learning the meaning of such suggestive words.
"Eat... eat what... Juvia-neechan is too..." Wendy mumbled, her head lowered as her twin ponytails bobbed adorably with her trembling.
Just then, Lisanna patted her on the shoulder from behind.
"Yah!" Wendy jumped, her whole body shaking before she quickly composed herself and meekly said, "Lisanna-neechan..."
Lisanna flashed a cute smile at Wendy and urged, "Come on, Feng Ye-oniisan has been away for so long and just got back. Let's throw a party to celebrate!"
"O-okay..." Wendy nodded obediently, still a bit flushed.
Makarov watched as Juvia, Wendy, Lisanna, and the others surrounded Feng Ye, leaving together. He couldn't help but roll his eyes and mutter, "Sheesh, he's just too popular with the ladies."
"Hey, President," Mira suddenly chimed in from a short distance away, having already packed up her things without anyone noticing. She waved cheerfully at Makarov. "I'm heading out early today too."
Makarov's face fell. "Mira, you too...?"
"Yup!" Mira beamed. "How could I miss out on the fun? See you later, President. You can handle the rest, right?"
And with that, Mira hurried off to join Lisanna and the others.
Lucy, standing nearby, couldn't help but gape, a hint of resignation in her eyes. She, too, had wanted to join them, but it seemed Feng Ye was just too popular for her comfort.
Gray silently took a seat beside Lucy, wearing only a pair of shorts. In a gentlemanly fashion, he offered her an ice flower and asked, "Would you like to have dinner together?"
"Yikes!!!"
Lucy, taken aback by Gray's gentlemanly demeanor and his nudity, which resembled that of an exhibitionist, exclaimed in shock, "N-no...!"
Without another moment's hesitation, she dashed out and chased after Mira and the others.
Crack!
Gray's expression froze, and the ice flower in his hand shattered into pieces.
Natsu, who was standing nearby, couldn't help but cover his mouth, bursting into a fit of laughter. "Hahahahaha! Hahaha!"
Gray, now annoyed and embarrassed, snapped, "What are you laughing at, fire-breathing idiot!"
Natsu, still rolling on the ground, laughed as he breathed fire. "I'm laughing at you, perverted flasher!"
"Looks like you haven't had enough yet!"
Gray took a deep breath, pretending to adjust his sleeves, though he was wearing none, and got into a fighting stance.
Natsu stood up, grunted, and retorted, "Who's scared of you, Ice-boy? Watch me burn your hair off!"
"Watch me freeze your brain!"
And with that, Natsu and Gray were at each other's throats once more.

On the other hand,
Feng Ye arrived at his doorstep and casually waved his hand. A magical array lit up on the door, which then automatically unlocked and opened.
No sooner had he stepped inside than Juvia, Lisanna, Mira, and the others rushed in as well, all of them seemingly familiar with Feng Ye's home.
Currently, the only permanent resident in Feng Ye's home was Wendy, but the others frequently visited as well. Juvia, in particular, stood out for her boldness, often transforming into a water current and slipping through the door cracks into Feng Ye's room and bed.
However, since she didn't take any further liberties, Feng Ye occasionally let it slide. As a rain woman, Juvia could control her body temperature, and during the summer, her cool body could be quite a pleasant companion.
The others weren't as daring as Juvia, though.
Lisanna, for instance, would occasionally invite Feng Ye to bathe together, which he didn't mind. Occasionally, Juvia would pop up in the bathtub, having transformed into a water current.
Mira often came over to cook for Feng Ye. Ever since the incident two years ago, when she had assumed a gentle and charming persona, her culinary skills had become exceptional.
Erza rarely joined large gatherings, but she often brought tickets for places like the sea park or hot spring resorts, inviting Feng Ye to join her on solo outings.
"Care to join the party?"
As Wendy and the others rushed inside, Feng Ye turned to Lucy, who had been trailing behind, and smiled warmly. "It's also a celebration for your joining the guild."
"Oh... well... then I guess I'll intrude."
Lucy still felt a bit constrained, but Feng Ye's warm smile put her at ease. After a brief moment of stammering, she offered a polite greeting and stepped inside.
"Welcome!"
Mira beamed at Lucy as she entered.
Juvia glared at Lucy and muttered, "Love rival..."
Lisanna smiled sweetly and said, "Come, let's celebrate your joining. Welcome to Fairy Tail~"
