Chapter 659: Crimson vs Satoshi!
On the Grass Terrain battlefield in a ranch, Satoshi and Crimson stood at opposite ends.
Lily and the others watched the battle from the sidelines.
"The rules are a comprehensive 3v3 battle. I won't go into the specifics, as you should all know them by now. Let's begin!" Judge Shizuru glanced at the two and said with a smile.
"Then, let's get started. Pikachu!"
Satoshi took the lead and sent out his Pikachu.
Crimson remained silent and didn't send out his Pikachu. Instead, he took out a new Poke Ball from his pocket.
A white light flashed, and a Pokemon with velvet-like fur, resembling a small feline, with a pair of violet eyes and light purple fur, and a beautiful ruby embedded in its forehead, appeared before Pikachu.

Intense electricity erupted from Pikachu's body, transforming into a fierce current that swept towards Suniv.
The control of Psychic was broken, and Pikachu's body relaxed, causing it to fall from the air.
"Use Iron Tail!" Satoshi quickly commanded.
Crimson's luck was terrible, as the Thunderbolt on Suniv triggered paralysis, causing its movements to slow down. It was hit by Iron Tail and retreated.
"Thunder Shock again!" Satoshi chose to attack with speed.
However, his luck didn't hold this time.
Suniv endured the negative effects of paralysis and managed to dodge the Thunder Shock.
Then, it gathered a massive psychic power with the ruby on its forehead and blasted it towards Pikachu.
Pikachu retreated, gritting its teeth against the pain, and watched Suniv, looking like it was about to collapse.
Satoshi also realized Pikachu's situation. To prevent Pikachu from rushing in and being controlled by Psychic again, he decided to attack from a distance:
"Pikachu, Thunderbolt!"
The current approached menacingly, and it was difficult for Suniv to dodge. Facing this attack, Crimson made an unexpected move.
He allowed Suniv to use Morning Sun on the spot!
The Thunderbolt landed on Suniv, but Morning Sun continuously healed its injuries, and the two moves canceled each other out, allowing Suniv to withstand the attack!
As Pikachu's electricity dissipated, Suniv ended the battle with a Psychic.

Crimson glanced at the exhausted Suniv and then chose to recall it, replacing it with a new Pokemon.
"The second battle begins!" Shizuru announced.
"Metagross, it's up to you!" Satoshi threw a Poke Ball.
Crimson's actions were almost simultaneous.
As two white lights flashed, Satoshi sent out the mysterious Pokemon Metagross, while Crimson sent out his own Fire Dragon!
Metagross vs. Fire Dragon, the type matchup was extremely unfavorable.
Although Satoshi had the title of the Reverse Type Master, this was Crimson's Fire Dragon.
Moreover, Satoshi specialized in speed-based strategies, and Metagross, with its high attack and low speed, didn't fit his style.

"As expected..." Shizuru thought. Satoshi's Metagross had lost, but it wasn't surprising considering it had been less than ten months since Satoshi had caught it. "Metagross is unable to battle!"
"Wow, that was intense!" Kachi and the others were left in awe, their faces filled with disbelief as they watched the young trainer.
"Satoshi, you can do it!" Mamai couldn't help but cheer him on.
Satoshi's expression grew serious. As the trainer of the Fire Dragon, he could sense its immense strength.
"In that case..." Satoshi took out a third Poke Ball. "Rhyperior, I'm counting on you!"
In the third battle, Crimson chose not to switch Pokemon, sending out the Fire Dragon once more.
"Begin!"
As Shizuru's voice echoed, Satoshi, facing the powerful Fire Dragon, opted for an aggressive strategy.
"Rhyperior, Stone Edge!"
Rhyperior stomped its forelimbs on the ground, and the next moment, the entire battlefield started to shake violently.
The power of the earth seemed to go wild, as massive, sharp stones erupted from beneath the ground, charging towards the Fire Dragon.
The Fire Dragon flapped its wings, swiftly circling in the air to dodge the Stone Edge attack. It then swooped in from the side to launch a surprise attack on Rhyperior, unleashing a scorching flame.

Rhyperior's eyes fixed on the Fire Dragon, its body agile like a wolf. With a powerful surge of its limbs, it leaped onto one of the massive stones created by Stone Edge.
"Now!" Satoshi shouted. "Use Rock Slide!"
Rhyperior was enveloped in the power of rocks, charging towards the Fire Dragon and knocking it down from mid-air.
But in the next moment, the Fire Dragon was engulfed in flames, trapping both itself and Rhyperior within.
The flames transformed into a rapidly spinning vortex, blocking the view of the onlookers.
They couldn't see anything!
Inside the fiery vortex, Rhyperior was scorched by the intense heat, forcing it to release the Fire Dragon.
Seizing the opportunity, the Fire Dragon soared into the sky, flapping its wings and blowing hot wind towards Rhyperior below.
"Rhyperior, get out of there!" Satoshi furrowed his brows, still shouting.
Rather than letting Rhyperior endure the flames, it was better to make a desperate charge, even at the risk of injury, than to remain trapped in the fiery vortex!

Crimson responded, "There's a Professor Oak."
"Wow!" Ash exclaimed with newfound interest. "It sounds like there's no difference between the two worlds!"
Crimson remained silent. After a while, he suddenly spoke, "If you have the chance in the future, you can come with me to see it."
Ash was delighted, "Then it's settled!"
Ash and his group didn't linger at the ranch for long. There were many tasks awaiting them in the Alola region as members of the Ultimate Defense Squad.
On the same day, they bid farewell to Shizuru and Crimson, boarding a ship and departing Paldea.
Shizuru and Crimson saw them off at Dewfall Town's harbor, watching the ship's silhouette sail away.
Shizuru shared with Crimson, "Ash is quite special, you know?"
"He's unlike any other Trainer in this world. Whenever he travels to a new region, he leaves his previous Pokemon at Professor Oak's lab and catches new ones locally."

"Will you be staying at the ranch today?" Shizuru asked.
Crimson shook his head; he had already explored the World Tree.
He wanted to continue his journey, challenging powerful Legendary Pokemon.
"Alright, then I won't keep you any longer."
Shizuru stood up, and his sister, Aiguan, brought out some Life Milk from their home, giving it to Crimson.
"This is milk from my riding goat. Its effects are similar to the Phoenix Guard's Holy Ash; no matter how severely a Pokemon is injured, a drink will heal them. It should help with your upcoming challenges."
Crimson was slightly taken aback, opening his mouth before speaking, "Thank you."
