In an instant, the scene before him changed. He found himself on a tall, vertical reef in the middle of the ocean, with raging waves crashing against the shore and white foam swirling around him.
Across from him, another vertical pillar stood, and a red shadow appeared there. Beneath the graceful eyes and veil, she wore a red dress, and the red tassels on her Wild Goose Feather Sword fluttered in the wind.

By now, the sky had already darkened, and lights illuminated the apartment, but he realized that not all the light came from the lamps. Some of it emanated from the ornamental plants around, bright yet gentle, with some of the decorative ones glowing in vibrant colors.
