Chapter 644: The Witch's Villa (Second Update)
Chapter 644: The Witch's Villa (Second Update)
"Yes, according to what I remember, as long as you're willing to pay an equivalent item, she can help you fulfill any wish.
I think if you want to find a way back to your own world, she should be able to help you with that."
Seeing Jerry's interest, Shiho Ario continued to explain.
"Where is she now?"
Jerry didn't hesitate when he heard about the need to pay an equivalent item.
He felt that, given his wealth, as long as the other party wasn't too unreasonable, he could afford it.
If magical items were required, he had a substantial collection, and as a master alchemist, he could even create custom items to meet the other party's demands.
For technological items, his dimensional world had countless spaceships, including a planet-sized spaceship.
The one he had seized from Accuser Ronan was shrunk using a shrinking spell and now hung as a pendant on the magic mirror at his waist.
If money was needed, he could use transmutation to create countless amounts of gold and jewels, which would only require a negligible amount of magic power.
In short, as long as the other party's conditions were reasonable, he could likely meet them.
If the demands were unreasonable, he could always wait a couple of years, which wouldn't be a significant loss.
"If my memory serves me right, she doesn't seem to be in our world but in another one. However, I know of a magic array that can take you to her shop.
I just never used it because I had no wishes to fulfill."
Shiho Ario thought for a moment and then quickly drew a highly complex magic array pattern with her hand.
Jerry immediately recognized it as a spatial localization magic array. As long as enough magic power was input, it could break through the spatial barriers and transport one to the designated location.
Breaking through spatial barriers wasn't a problem for Jerry. With his understanding of spatial laws, he could do it at any time.
The challenge was that even if he broke through the spatial barriers, without precise coordinates, he would likely end up in a void, not a normal, complete world.
That's why he estimated it would take another two to three years before he could travel to other dimensional worlds on his own.
Not because he needed two to three years to break through the world's barriers, but because he needed that time to use his powerful mental strength to explore the void beyond the barriers and find coordinates for other dimensional worlds similar to the current one.
"It's good that she's not in this world. That means I can gain another mini world's laws."
Jerry noted down the magic array Shiho Ario had drawn and nodded to himself.
Shiho Ario thought he wanted to find a way back to his original world, which was why he was interested in other dimensional worlds. In reality, he simply wanted to visit as many mini worlds as possible to collect their laws.
So, even if the Dimensional Witch refused to help, he would still have gained another mini world's coordinates and a deeper understanding of its laws.
While Jerry and Shiho Ario were discussing, Sakura and the others were in the midst of a climactic battle with the Void Card.
The Void Card, sealed by Clow Reed alone, proved its power by single-handedly seizing all of Sakura's Clow Cards and forcing Sakura and her companions to retreat.
Fortunately, the Void Card, like all the Clow Cards, had its own consciousness and was not evil. It had merely grown lonely over the years of being sealed, and thus desired the company of other Clow Cards.
In the end, it was Sakura and Syaoran who, using the power of love, managed to touch the Void Card's heart. They then merged it with Sakura's newly created Love Card, forming a new Sakura Card—the Hope Card.
After the battle, Sakura and Syaoran finally overcame their bashfulness, expressed their feelings to each other, and confirmed their relationship. Hidden above, Jerry and Shiho Ario both smiled with the satisfaction of proud parents.
The next day, at Jerry's Magic House.
Looking at the completed Spatial Localization Magic Array on the ground, Jerry did not hesitate to step onto it and began to input magic power to activate the array.
A blinding white light flashed, and his body disappeared from the Magic Array.
In the Parallel World's Tokyo, Japan, surrounded by modern skyscrapers, a unique European-style villa suddenly glowed with a white light, revealing a handsome figure with brown hair.
"Indeed, it's a new world."
The figure was none other than Jerry, who had used the Magic Array to travel from the Magic Card World. The moment he appeared, he confirmed that he had indeed arrived in another world.
He could clearly sense the significant differences in the laws governing this new world.
"Welcome, guest!"
At that moment, the door of the villa suddenly opened, and two young girls, around seven or eight years old, greeted Jerry enthusiastically.
"Is this the Dimensional Witch's shop?"
Jerry smiled politely at the two girls.
He immediately realized that these girls were not human but Magic Beings, created with Magic, much like Kero and Yue. They were closely linked to the villa, which had powerful Magic defenses and isolated all outside influences.
They were like the Sword Spirits to a divine sword, serving as the defensive pillars of this Magic Villa.
"Yes, as long as it's within the master's capabilities, any wish can be granted. Please come in, come in!"
The two girls skipped over to Jerry, took his hands, and led him into the villa. Jerry did not resist and followed them inside the villa, which was enveloped in powerful defensive Magic.
While the exterior of the villa was European in style, the interior was distinctly Japanese. The floors, walls, and ceiling were all made of wood, and the doors were traditional Japanese sliding doors.
After a few twists and turns, Jerry was soon led by the two girls to a door adorned with black butterflies. At the same time, Jerry sensed a powerful and peculiar magic power emanating from within the room.
"Please come in, guest!"
The two girls pulled the wooden door open from either side, revealing their owner, the Dimensional Witch, lazily reclining on a redwood bench.
The Dimensional Witch wore a luxurious red robe, appeared to be in her thirties or forties, held a slender smoking pipe, and had a slender, alluring figure.
When she saw the door open, she gently exhaled a puff of blue smoke, turned her head to look at Jerry, and pointed to the chair in front of her, smiling.
"Please sit down, and then we can discuss the wish you hope to fulfill!"
