The Dual-Tailed Land Turtle, a Ground-Type Familiar, inherited the Deep Fur Turtle's aversion to water.
If the opponent had a Water-Type Familiar, the Dual-Tailed Land Turtle would likely have stayed sheltered in its shell, unwilling to come out.
"One is the highly defensive Dual-Tailed Land Turtle, and the other is the powerful attacker, Fangflare. Who will win this match?"
The audience, captivated by the commentator's enthusiastic introduction, all focused their attention on the arena.

"Are they going to fight or not?"
"Qiao Sang! Come on!"
"Didn't the referee just blow the whistle to start?"
"If they're not going to fight, just get down and let us see Gao Xulu and Sha Duo's exhibition match."
A voice that stood out from the rest chimed in.
"Fangflare! Come on!"
"Qiao Sang! Come on!" Bai Yunmiao stood up, shouting excitedly.
She hadn't forgotten that she had lost to Chen Qian before!
On the field.
Chen Qian couldn't hold back any longer and issued her command.
The Dual-Tailed Land Turtle's left front limb stomped the ground forcefully, and a crack quickly formed in the ground about a meter in front of it.
The cracks rapidly expanded, forming several fissures that spread toward Fangflare's position.
At that moment, Fangflare's body flickered and split into two.

The commentator paused, unsure of what to say.
The airborne Fangflare used some still-standing rocks as footholds and quickly charged toward the Dual-Tailed Land Turtle.
"Such agility is impressive", one of the guests remarked.
"But why not attack when the ground was still intact? What's the difference between attacking now and before?" another guest asked.
"There is a difference. After using Ground Split, the Dual-Tailed Land Turtle has a 10-second window where it can't use any skills", Song Yuan explained calmly.
"Song Yuan, you can speak after all."
Song Yuan: "..."
"This is Blazing Charge!" one of the guests suddenly exclaimed.
On the field, Fangflare's speed increased as it used the scattered rocks to its advantage.
During the charge, a flame suddenly burst from Fangflare's body, enveloping it entirely.
Blazing Charge.
A powerful Intermediate Skill, combining both special and physical attacks, and with a chance to inflict the Burning State on the opponent.
"Quick, retreat into your shell!"
Chen Qian reacted swiftly.
She knew that the Dual-Tailed Land Turtle would be unable to use any skills for about 10 seconds after using Ground Split, but this didn't matter.
As long as the Dual-Tailed Land Turtle's defenses were strong enough, just staying in place and taking the hit wouldn't be a problem.
If the opponent was counting on those ten seconds, she would be disappointed.
Fangflare’s flames were not extensive, and their color was a clear orange-yellow, indicating a Novice-level skill.
The Dual-Tailed Land Turtle obediently retracted its limbs and head into its shell.
Chen Qian felt relieved and had already planned the Skills the Dual-Tailed Land Turtle would use after the ten seconds.
“Bang!”
Chen Qian stared at the scene in disbelief.
Fangflare’s Blazing Charge didn’t aim for the Dual-Tailed Land Turtle but instead slammed into the ground in front of it!
The ground, already cracked from the Ground Split, split even further.
The impact from Blazing Charge caused the area where the Dual-Tailed Land Turtle was standing to collapse.
The turtle lost its balance, rocking back and forth before its shell leaned against a rock, exposing its white belly.
Brilliant!
Qiao Sang couldn’t help but think.
The Dual-Tailed Land Turtle’s defense was strong, but not all parts of its body were equally well-protected.
Its belly was its weakest point.
By attacking this spot, Fangflare could break through its defenses and deal damage.
Everything was going exactly according to her plan.
Now, all she needed to do was take advantage of this moment and launch a relentless attack on the turtle’s belly.
Qiao Sang’s eyes were filled with anticipation.
However, Fangflare hesitated when it saw the Dual-Tailed Land Turtle leaning against the rock.
Its Beastmaster had said to flip it over and attack its belly.
But now the turtle was stuck, with its belly exposed but not fully flipped over.
Fangflare didn’t hesitate for long. A Spark shot out and, under Qiao Sang’s eager gaze, hit the rock the turtle was leaning against.
Qiao Sang’s thoughts froze for a moment.
Fangflare looked satisfied as the Dual-Tailed Land Turtle’s shell was now facing down and its belly up.
Now the turtle’s position matched what its Beastmaster had described.
“Get up!” Chen Qian urged, finally understanding what the opponent was planning.
The Dual-Tailed Land Turtle extended its head and limbs from its shell in response to the command.
It tried to flip over with all its might.
But it didn’t budge.
It tried again.
Still no movement...
The Dual-Tailed Land Turtle was in despair.
Its heavy shell made it impossible to flip over!
Fangflare leaped onto the turtle’s belly and began spraying Sparks and Flame Vortices at it.
“Lupa!!!”
The Dual-Tailed Land Turtle let out a pitiful cry.
“Get up!”
Chen Qian was sweating with urgency.
“Lupa!!!”
It couldn’t get up!
Despite its reputation for having extremely high defense, even attacking its vulnerable belly took Fangflare about two minutes to make the Dual-Tailed Land Turtle faint.
Fortunately, Fangflare had been training its Skill release regularly, so the two-minute continuous use didn’t leave it too exhausted.

Why not just attack its head?
Her familiar was just too obedient...
Qiao Sang sighed, feeling a mix of pride and exasperation.
