Lu Wu's sudden slap caught Hao Zhijian and his group of hooligans off guard. No one expected Lu Wu to be so ruthless, striking directly at Hao Zhijian's face.
The quickest to react was Hao Zhijian's Summoned Beast, Fuzzy Bird. Despite having spent some time with Lu Wu and having developed a liking for him, it knew better than to attack its master's friend. Hao Zhijian, already furious from the beating and filled with hatred, turned pale at Lu Wu's words. The curses he was about to utter got stuck in his throat.
He could sense that Lu Wu was not joking around. Lu Wu genuinely wanted to kick him out of the team!
His father had spent 8 million yuan to get him connected with Li Kai. If he were to be kicked out by Lu Wu, the consequences would be unimaginable.
After a long pause, Hao Zhijian could only mumble with his head lowered, "I'm sorry, I was wrong..."
"Wrong about what?" Lu Wu asked.

Lu Wu glanced at Hao Zhijian's friends who had said inappropriate things and said, "Then show me the change!"
At this moment, Tuan Tuan released Fuzzy Bird.
Hao Zhijian's friends also sensed the tension in the air and started to feel uneasy. The ones who had spoken out of turn began to make their escape.
