Chapter 601: Tian Hao's Cultivation Journey
Chapter 601: Tian Hao's Cultivation Journey
A new junior disciple had joined the Dao Ground, a rare and exciting event for the long-cultivating disciples. Everyone took turns visiting and playing with Tian Hao.
The one who spent the most time with Tian Hao was the Datura Ghost Mother. Initially, she only intended to help Gu An share the burden of caring for Tian Hao, but as she watched the little one grow, her heart stirred with emotion.
Especially when Tian Hao, at the age of two, called her 'Mother,' she was left in a daze.
Gu An witnessed this scene, but he didn't intervene.
Datura Ghost Mother had always been on the fringes of the Primordial Dao Ground, unable to integrate with the other disciples. Over the years, her actions had already led Gu An to consider her as one of their own, and now, with Tian Hao, the barriers between her and the Primordial Dao Ground could be broken.
With Tian Hao's arrival, time seemed to pass more slowly within the Primordial Dao Ground.
In the blink of an eye, Tian Hao had reached the age of seventeen.
Without any formal cultivation, Tian Hao had already attained the Great Vehicle Realm. With each breath, his cultivation soared, astonishing Lu Xian, Chen Chuan, and the others.
Shen Zhen, however, found this normal. She was the only one besides Gu An in the Dao Ground who knew that Tian Hao was a Primordial Immortal.
In the Immortal Dynasty, the Immortal Spirits were born in the Nirvana Realm, so it made sense for the Primordial Immortals to be even more extraordinary.
She even felt that Tian Hao's growth rate was somewhat slow.
One day, Tian Hao arrived at Gu An's courtyard, his voice preceding him, "Master! Master! Master!"
An Xin, meditating near the refining cauldron, turned her head, her entire being in a daze.
In the sunlight, Tian Hao wore a fitted white robe, embroidered with intricate golden threads, making him appear even more spirited. His features were handsome, his hair tied up high, and two strands of hair fluttered across his forehead like willow catkins.
Looking at him, An Xin felt as if she was seeing An Hao, stirring a mix of emotions within her.
Gu An was taking a nap on a chair, his eyes still closed as he asked, "What's all the noise about? It's annoying."
Tian Hao approached him, his face full of excitement, and said, "Master, when I woke up this morning, I discovered that I have a new incredible ability!"
At seventeen, although he hadn't fully shed his youthful innocence, his facial features had matured, making him very handsome.
Before Gu An could respond, An Xin, from a distance, curiously asked, "What ability?"
Shen Zhen also glanced at Tian Hao. She was the one in the Dao Ground who had the least interaction with him, as she rarely initiated conversations. From a young age, Tian Hao had been a bit afraid of her, finding her intimidating.
Tian Hao turned around, raised his right hand, and focused his gaze on his palm. Under the watchful eyes of An Xin and Shen Zhen, a strand of golden flame condensed in his palm, swiftly swirling together to form a fireball. Moreover, this fireball had an inner glow, resembling a miniature sun at first glance.
An Xin and Shen Zhen's faces changed as they could sense that the flame summoned by Tian Hao was no ordinary fire.
"This flame will never extinguish. I tried it; when I release it, it can hover in the air and keep burning," Tian Hao said proudly.
Although he hadn't formally started his cultivation journey, he was already aware of its existence.
Regarding cultivation, he didn't take it too seriously, as he was constantly growing stronger.
Tian Hao looked at Gu An, eager to see his master's reaction. However, his master remained lying on the chair with his eyes closed.
"Master!"
Tian Hao shouted, startling the birds in the nearby forest.
Gu An scratched his ear, turned over, and looked at Tian Hao with exasperation. Tian Hao raised his hand, presenting the miniature sun in his palm to his master as if offering a treasure.
"Is that it?" Gu An asked dismissively, his tone filled with disdain.
As Tian Hao was about to retort, Gu An raised his hand, his palm facing the sky.
In an instant, the entire world was engulfed in crimson, and the temperature rose abruptly.
Tian Hao instinctively looked up, his mouth agape, revealing a look of disbelief.
Anxin and Shen Zhen raised their eyes, and they saw a massive sun dominating the entire sky. No matter which direction they looked, they couldn't see the edge of this sun.
Oppressive, awe-inspiring.
Tian Hao witnessed such a spectacular sight for the first time. He had lived for seventeen years, all within the Primordial Dao Ground, and during those years, there had been no Dao Ground disciples engaging in combat, so this was his first real encounter with the power of the Immortal Dao.
He shifted his steps, turned around, and looked in all directions. Gradually, he became excited, and his body began to tremble.
Gu An's lips curved upward, and as he clenched his right fist, the blazing sun in the sky suddenly vanished as if it had never existed. However, the temperature he felt all around him made Tian Hao realize that the scene he had just witnessed was not an illusion.
Tian Hao turned his head to look at Gu An, instantly becoming excited. He ran to Gu An's side, knelt down, grabbed his arm, and exclaimed, "Master, teach me! I want to cultivate immortality!"
Growing up, he naturally understood the difference between a master and a father. Since his master had accepted him as a disciple, he was certain that he would be taught cultivation.
"Go and cultivate immortality at the Heaven and Earth Sect."
Gu An raised his hand and patted Tian Hao's head, speaking softly with a smile.
