Chapter 544: Divine Punishment
“Jelrazaks—this is not merely my Terrestrial Divinity Realm. It is your grave!”
Kai Xiusu raised his head high, unleashing an ecstatic, thunderous roar that shook the very sky.
For years—years of meticulous preparation—he had waited for this moment. The moment of revenge.
Over a hundred meters long, the Red Dragon tore through the air above Mount Tiel, its wings flaring like molten fire, sending a scorching gale spiraling across the mountain peak. Sparks and streaming flames danced wildly around its serpentine body, swirling in a chaotic ballet of destruction.

Kai Xiusu ascended, gathering power with every breath. The Dragon Crystal in his chest pulsed like a miniature star, its radiant light blinding the onlookers scattered across the Anstica region.
With each inhalation, the glowing orb within him surged through the basal vessels, flowing down to his heart, then up through his lungs, finally coalescing in his throat—ready to be unleashed.
Within a radius of dozens of kilometers, the temperature skyrocketed. The ancient, millennia-old snowpack atop Mount Tiel melted and vaporized instantly, giving rise to a towering, churning cloud mass. The dark brown rock beneath was exposed, cracked and scorched.
Under the overwhelming might radiating from above, the world trembled. Mount Tiel itself seemed to bow in submission before the Emperor.
“That….” Even Jelrazaks, the Abyssal Dragon, felt the chilling breath of danger. Fear surged through his soul.
It felt like Divine Punishment.
Not hyperbole. Not metaphor. This was real. This was visceral.
In his ancient wisdom, Kai Xiusu’s impending strike had reached the same terrifying level as the punishments once delivered by the Deities themselves—ten thousand years ago.
If he took it head-on, even this rare, perfect corpse of Karex’s would be reduced to ash.
For a fleeting instant, Jelrazaks considered fleeing—abandoning Mount Tiel, escaping the Red Dragon’s wrath.
But then the Abyssal Wall, towering thousands of meters high, trembled violently. Starlight and silver radiance burst forth from its surface, and the thick, suffocating black mist began to thin.
The planar barrier was weakening. It was on the verge of collapse.
Jelrazaks knew—if he did not consume this Red Dragon now, while it was at its zenith, the Three Gods of Justice would break through the blockade. Their avatars would descend. And then, he would face an even deadlier fate.
Suddenly, the Abyssal Dragon shook its massive head, as if struck by a revelation.
“No… no… this can’t be right. The Third Era… no, the Second Age ended. After the vanishing of the First Deity, no one could ever create a Terrestrial Divinity Realm again!”
“This Red Dragon is bluffing! He can’t sustain this power for long!”
With a snarl of fury, the Abyssal Dragon roared into the sky, its eyes blazing with the fire of relentless revenge.
“Roar—! Kai Xiusu! No matter how you achieved this, I will consume you! I will tear open your flesh with my own claws and rip out your secrets!”
But as it raised its head, staring up at the Red Dragon high above, it saw nothing—no fear, no hesitation.
Only Divinity.
In Kai Xiusu’s pale golden eyes, flame-light flickered like dying stars. Slowly, he opened his maw—crimson, jagged, and dripping with ancient fire.
Primordial Breath.
A deafening crack split the air as the atmosphere itself was torn open. A beam of blinding light erupted from his jaws, a torrent of overwhelming energy that surged forward like a divine lance.
The Abyssal Dragon roared in defiance, arching its neck and unleashing a torrent of chaotic flames from its decaying maw—black-red, seething fire that surged like a tidal wave, swallowing the earth beneath.
Boom!
The two breaths collided midair, unleashing a series of cataclysmic explosions. Each blast sent a smoke cloud spiraling outward, spanning hundreds of meters. Black smoke churned, flame-light erupted in all directions, and the mountains trembled under the force.
The Chaos Flames sought to shatter Kai Xiusu’s breath, to unravel it into raw, formless chaos. But Kai Xiusu’s breath carried the most fundamental essence of Order—the unyielding strength of the Imperial Domain.
In moments, the blinding white fire column pierced through the storm of darkness, tearing through the chaos like a sword through mist. The black smoke dissipated, replaced by a flood of radiant flame-light.
Boom—
The white fire column descended like Divine Punishment, striking the Abyssal Dragon’s body—directly at its head.
“NO—!”
Jelrazaks shrieked in agony, wrenching his head aside in a desperate attempt to evade. He poured every ounce of Abyssal power into his defense.
But his resistance was futile. The root of his power could not withstand the onslaught.
The beam missed his skull—but still grazed him.
The crimson scales on his left shoulder melted instantly, vaporizing in a flash. A gaping, charred hollow, over ten meters wide, opened in his flesh. Thick, black smoke billowed from the wound.
Then, the beam raked across—and with a sickening crack, the entire left arm was torn free.
The massive, thick limb—tens of meters long, armored in jagged claws—plummeted to the ground, kicking up a sky-high dust cloud.
The Abyssal Dragon was now a Disabled Dragon.
Even as black smoke writhed around the wound, new flesh began to twitch and grow beneath the surface, delicate new scales sprouting. But the regenerated body lacked the divine aura. It was no longer sacred. It was broken.
Jelrazaks let out a long, agonized roar—his voice filled with pain, fury, and vile hatred.
“Kai Xiusu… you dare to scar my perfect divine form? When your strength runs out, I’ll make you suffer every torment this world has ever known! I’ll make you watch as I tear you apart—bit by bit, bite by bite!”
From behind him, a surge of black fire erupted—like a flood of darkness across the sky, carrying the destructive power of the Abyss.
“Come, Kai Xiusu! Let us fight this Fated Battle! And I will craft your end with my own hands!”
Ignoring his wounds, Jelrazaks flailed its tattered wings, summoning a ravaging gale, and charged upward—intent on closing the distance, ending the Red Dragon in melee combat.
Kai Xiusu spread his wings, tensed his body, and dove from the heavens with unstoppable momentum, roaring like thunder.
“Jelrazaks! You are too prideful! Did you really think I had no preparation for your arrival?”
Boom!
The two colossal dragons collided midair in a cataclysmic explosion. A shockwave erupted outward, rippling through the sky like waves across a storm-tossed sea.
Jelrazaks was far larger—by all logic, he should have dominated in close combat. But Kai Xiusu had harnessed the full force of his dive. An invisible force, the law of motion, surged through his body.
And with that, he shoved the three-hundred-meter Abyssal Dragon backward.
Scales flew through the air like shrapnel. The Abyssal Dragon was thrown backward—its massive body tumbling through the sky, flipping end over end.
“Grrr—!” Jelrazaks roared, spewing purple-black blood.
Struggling to regain balance, it flapped its wings desperately, finally stabilizing midair. Its cloudy, deep-set eyes widened in disbelief.
How… is this possible?
He, the Revenant Demon who had lurked in concealment across the Stellar Realm for ten thousand years—united in body and spirit with the Ancestral Dragon and the Abyssal Lord—had been defeated in a clash of pure power?
