Chapter 50: Growing Again? Lightning Release Chakra Cellular Stimulation
Chapter 50: Growing Again? Lightning Release Chakra Cellular Stimulation
Minutes later, Hinata and Hanabi Hyuga stepped out of the room.
Izayoi, who had already loaded film into his camera, lit up immediately. "So pretty! Absolutely stunning!" he exclaimed, snapping photos with growing excitement.
If Hinata and Hanabi had previously exuded the elegance of ancient-era noblewomen in kimonos, their current outfits radiated modern charm—fresh, youthful, and utterly adorable. The sight transported Izayoi back to his past life’s school days.
Hinata wore a white sailor-collar shirt with a navy-blue bow and pleated skirt, paired with black thigh-highs from her gift set. Standing at five foot one, her figure already outshone most girls her age—and even many grown women. Dressed like this, she looked less like a twelve-year-old and more like a high schooler with a youthful face and a mature build, making Izayoi’s heart race in rare admiration. This was the very image of the perfect school queen he’d always imagined!
Her younger sister was no less captivating.
Hanabi wore a smaller version of the same outfit—white sailor-collar, navy bow, and pleated skirt—but with white thigh-highs instead of black. Her waist-length hair was tied into twin tails, completing an irresistibly cute look.
"Big brother, does it look good?" Hanabi approached Izayoi, hands clasped behind her back as she leaned down and winked playfully.
"Absolutely perfect!" Izayoi gave her a thumbs-up.
"Giggle… I think the clothes you made really suit you too", Hanabi twirled happily before adding with a sigh, "Though they’re a bit thin. The skirt’s so short—it’s not practical for missions."
"Don’t worry, we’ll improve them. It’s my first time sewing", Izayoi shrugged.
"Hinata, isn’t there a coat for this outfit?" Hinata’s soft voice finally asked, barely audible.
Standing beside Hanabi, Hinata stood with arms crossed protectively over her chest, cheeks flushed, eyes darting away nervously—a telltale sign of her shyness.
Puzzled, Izayoi asked, "Doesn’t fit well?"
That shouldn’t be—his measurements had been precise. Unless…had she grown again?
"No, it fits fine. It’s just…a bit revealing", Hinata murmured, lowering her hands.
Instantly, the white sailor-collar shirt clung tightly—rivaling a black fishnet shirt in snugness—accentuating Hinata’s curves.
"Ahem…there’s a coat, but I ran out of materials and time", Izayoi coughed awkwardly.
Hinata nodded, face burning red.
"Let’s not dwell on that—time for a group photo!" Izayoi quickly shifted focus, raising his camera excitedly.
In the snapshot, the trio stood side by side: Hinata and Hanabi flanking Izayoi, arms linked, peace signs raised, radiant smiles lighting up their faces. Izayoi retrieved the camera from his Shadow Clone, dispersed it with a punch, then began directing the sisters into poses.
They struck poses—tenderly linking hands to form heart shapes, back-to-back striking gun poses, and more. After several shots, at their request, Izayoi changed into his training suit and white robe for sibling photos. Surprisingly, the photographer wasn’t his clone this time—Hinata had secretly learned camera skills alongside the clone.
Later, they moved to the dining room for cake. The camera captured more moments: three glasses clinking with juice, shared laughter crinkling eyes; the Hyuga sisters feeding Izayoi with forks, and him returning the gesture; Hanabi smearing cream on Izayoi’s face with a mischievous grin while he closed one eye, smiling indulgently; Hinata gently wiping cream from his face with a handkerchief.
Initially warm and tender, the atmosphere gradually turned chaotic:
Hanabi transformed into a "cream kitten" after a prank, playfully biting Izayoi’s hand while Hinata lightly tapped her forehead with a fist.
Hinata’s gentle face suddenly bore a splatter of cake, her expression shifting from sweet to sharp in an instant.
Then came the inevitable cake fight.
Finally, Izayoi emerged victorious, laughing triumphantly in his chair as Hinata and Hanabi glumly stared at their now-caked-stained sailor outfits—background: a dining room in utter disarray.
The sisters played until 9:30 PM, showering at Izayoi’s home before changing back into their original clothes to leave.
"Still not enough reputation", Izayoi murmured, waving from his balcony as the Hyuga sisters departed. Watching their retreating figures and the silent guard stationed outside—tasked with both protecting and monitoring the heiresses—he added, "Don’t worry. Soon, no one will stand in our way."
---
June 23, Konoha Year 60.
At Naka River’s outskirts, two voices rang out.
"Fire Release: Great Dragon Fire Technique!"
Two massive fire dragons collided mid-air above the river, bursting into a dazzling fireworks display.
Beneath the flames, two boys of vastly different heights engaged in a fierce taijutsu duel across the water’s surface. On the riverbank, a Byakugan-wielding girl in a white floral-patterned robe carefully framed the taller boy’s striking profile through her camera lens.
Crack!
Normally, Sasuke Uchiha’s two-tomoe Sharingan granted him powerful predictive abilities, letting him hold his ground for dozens of exchanges before tiring. Today, however, after just a few moves, Sasuke’s eyes widened as Izayoi’s fist smashed into his face, sending him flying backward.
The blow wasn’t devastating—Sasuke’s enhanced durability prevented a knockout. Usually, he’d have risen immediately for another strike.
This time, he remained seated on the water’s surface, staring at Izayoi. "Was that…Lightning Release?"
Just moments ago, Izayoi’s speed had spiked to a level Sasuke’s Sharingan could barely track—visible, but too fast to react to. Facing that straight punch, Sasuke had been utterly helpless.
"Technically, Lightning Release Nature Transformation", Izayoi lied smoothly. "I’m developing a new ninjutsu. I had Hinata find me scrolls on lightning chakra training. Turns out, Lightning chakra stimulates cells, boosting physical speed."
In reality, his Shadow Clone had dissected Kurosuki Raiga’s techniques as a human puppet, observing Raiga’s Thunder Sword through Rinnegan before reverse-engineering the method using human anatomy charts.
Since awakening Rinnegan, Izayoi had mastered at least six Nature Transformations. This was merely a foundational technique compared to his ultimate jutsu.
Sasuke, however, focused elsewhere, eyes wide. "You developed your own ninjutsu?"
"Want to learn?"
"Mine? Dream on!" Izayoi rolled his eyes. "I meant the Lightning Release Cellular Stimulation technique. I wouldn’t teach you such a dangerous method unless you’d already mastered tree-walking, water-walking, and had lightning affinity."
"Teach me. I want to learn."
Sasuke stood, nodding eagerly—arms practically outstretched like a chimp begging, utterly shameless.
Years of clashing with Izayoi had long since humbled him. Whether one-tomoe or two-tomoe, he’d never beaten this opponent.
Compared to Naruto Uzumaki—the dead-last with monstrous chakra—Izayoi operated on an entirely different level.
In Sasuke’s heart, Izayoi was the first friend he’d ever truly respected.
