Finally, with one last flash, the golden radiance vanished.
In its place stood a handsome young man with silver hair and a loose kimono, giving him the appearance of an actor from an ancient play. It was Feng Ye, who had once again traversed the worlds and arrived at a new destination.
"I've arrived, it seems," Feng Ye murmured as he surveyed his surroundings, a hint of surprise crossing his face before a slight smile appeared.
Although he wasn't sure what kind of world this was, the modern architecture and bustling city life felt familiar. After experiencing the worlds of Naruto and One Piece, he had finally landed in a world reminiscent of a contemporary urban setting. But he wondered what kind of world it was exactly.
"Could this be the world of a slice-of-life anime?" Feng Ye wondered.
If it were a peaceful world without danger, it meant that while he wouldn't face any threats, his powers would also have little room for growth. A double-edged sword, indeed.
As this thought crossed Feng Ye's mind, his body suddenly stirred. From his right armpit, a white substance emerged, taking on the form of a teenage girl with long white hair and blood-red eyes. She was expressionless as she surveyed her surroundings.
This girl was not Feng Ye's biological daughter, but a creation born from the power of his Rinne Sharingan, bringing to life a mature Chakra Fruit. In essence, she was an extension of his abilities, much like the other lives he had created before.

Because she was intrinsically a part of Feng Ye, including her soul, which he had crafted with his abilities, she could accompany him through his temporal travels.
"It seems I've succeeded," Feng Ye said, a smile playing on his lips as he beheld the girl, now restored to human form.
Her blood-red eyes and white hair reminded him of the vampire of his imagination, and so he named her Lilith.
Lilith's upper body quickly took shape, but as the white substance began to form a pair of delicate feet, it suddenly solidified.
Whoosh! Whoosh! Whoosh!!!
Ten white tails pierced through her black skirt, appearing behind her and writhing uncontrollably. The chakra within her seemed to be spiraling out of control.
Lilith appeared to be losing control of the power within her, her body beginning to transform into a ten-tailed beast. With difficulty, she turned her head towards Feng Ye.
"Father..." she managed.
"Hmm..." Feng Ye's expression turned strange.
Instead of helping the girl regain control of her chakra, he looked up at the sky. His body trembled briefly before a tail thicker than Lilith's burst forth from his back.
The tail lashed out uncontrollably, striking a nearby building.
BOOM!!!
The seven to eight-story structure froze for a moment where it had been struck, then caved in, the impact spreading in all directions. Half of the building exploded into countless fragments in the violent shockwave!
"This world seems a bit problematic," Feng Ye remarked, his lips twitching as he witnessed the destruction. He could feel his powers spiraling out of control, uncontrollably transforming him towards a ten-tailed state.
Instead of immediately using his time-reversal ability to regain control, he allowed his powers to rage on, a thoughtful look on his face.
Different worlds had different rules.
When he had first entered the world of One Piece from the Naruto world, his powers had been severely suppressed by the world's rules. It had taken him about half a year to fully integrate and no longer be affected by the suppression.

Lilith's control was far inferior to his, and while her strength wasn't as great, it was still more than enough to easily destroy the city. If left unchecked, she would likely cause immense devastation.
"Mhm," Lilith replied softly.
Just as Feng Ye was using a portion of his power to restrain Lilith and minimize the destruction, multiple drones were capturing the scene and transmitting the footage to the Hero Association headquarters in City A.
Within the association's headquarters, several monitoring staff members watched the destruction caused by the ten-tailed Feng Ye and Lilith with tense expressions.
"We've never recorded these two before; they must be newly emerged monsters, and they seem to be of the same species..."
"The smaller one's destructive power is already at the Demon level!"
One staff member wiped a bead of cold sweat from his forehead and said, "If the smaller one is already this powerful, the larger one is likely even stronger! I suggest we raise the disaster level to Dragon!"
"No, let's continue observing for now," the supervisor wearing a headset said, standing at the back of the room and staring at the screens. "Size doesn't always indicate absolute strength. The larger one's destructive capabilities are clearly not as extensive as the smaller one's."

"Metal Bat is almost here!" a staff member reported promptly, pressing his headset.
Hearing this, the supervisor breathed a slight sigh of relief. "Metal Bat is nearby? That's a relief."

Ranking above countless A-rank and B-rank heroes, there were only fourteen heroes in the entire association who stood above him! Metal Bat was capable of handling Demon-level threats on his own, meaning there was no need to mobilize additional A-rank heroes.

Watching Metal Bat approach, a faint gleam flashed in the massive solitary eye of the ten-tailed Feng Ye.
"S-rank hero Metal Bat..." Feng Ye murmured.
"Huh? Do you know me, Multi-tailed Monster?" Metal Bat climbed onto a pile of rubble and glared up at Feng Ye. "Even if you beg for mercy now, I won't spare you!"
Referred to as the 'Multi-tailed Monster', Feng Ye didn't get angry; instead, he smiled faintly. He glanced toward a distant location before turning his gaze back.
"Well then," Feng Ye said, "Before my power stabilizes, let's see how strong the S-rank heroes of this world are."
