Shi Xinyu replied, "They must be giving me face and offering you this business opportunity. Third brother, Jiaxin is a good sister of mine. Her older brother will be in touch, and I want you to give them the best price possible!"
Her third brother agreed.
Meanwhile, Lu Jiaxin also called Su Heyuan, asking him to come over after work as she wanted to discuss something with him.

Lu Jiaxin shook her head and said, "I don't have the money right now. I'll have to wait until the end of the year. So, don't tell them about this yet."
"Where's your money?" asked Su Heyuan.
Lu Jiaxin replied vaguely, "I invested it all in the Nikkei 225 index. It's been rising, and I plan to close the position by the end of the year."
Su Heyuan, who had been profiting from foreign exchange trading and had also ventured into stocks, was aware of the rising Nikkei index. He had followed suit but didn't invest much as his money was mostly tied up in real estate.
Lu Jiaxin said to him, "Su Heyuan, I want you to handle the purchase of these equipment or find someone trustworthy to do it."
Su Heyuan didn't quite understand why she wanted him to be involved in this matter, just like how she had asked him to donate on her behalf previously.
Lu Jiaxin explained, "I just want to help out, but I don't want to be taken advantage of. Every time I go back to the mainland, people ask me for donations."
Su Heyuan asked skeptically, "Is that the only reason?"
There was, in fact, a deeper reason that she didn't feel comfortable sharing with him.
Lu Jiaxin smiled and said, "Su Heyuan, you know I hate trouble. I'm willing to contribute, but I don't want the attention."
Su Heyuan felt that there had to be another reason, but he couldn't quite put his finger on it. "Alright, if you need me to, I'll handle the purchase when the time comes."
Lu Jiaxin continued, "Su Heyuan, Shi Xinyu's third brother is in the medical equipment business. And from what I've heard, his sister-in-law's father is a high-ranking executive at Siemens Healthcare. I've already talked to Shi Xinyu, and she's agreed to introduce him to you."

Lu Jiaxin said, "I didn't ask you to get into the medical equipment business, but if there's someone from the mainland doing business in this field, they can act as a bridge.
