Seeing Gamora and Nebula being knocked back by their opponent, Star-Lord quickly adjusted his direction to catch them, but the powerful force sent him crashing to the ground as well.

Rocket, realizing what was happening, immediately turned his gun to shoot at the Scarlet Witch, only to find that she was no longer in her original position. Instead, she had flown above him.

Then, he was also hit by a blast of Chaos Magic and was sent flying in the direction of Star-Lord and the others.

After dealing with Star-Lord and the others, the Scarlet Witch hurriedly landed beside her brother, Quicksilver, and picked him up. Upon discovering that he was still breathing, she let out a huge sigh of relief.

Dr. Banner's soul landed on the ground, looking at Hulk's body in front of him, utterly bewildered.

Jerry retracted his hand and smiled.

"I just temporarily separated your soul from your body, so that the lady's Mind Control Magic won't work on you anymore!"

After years of studying soul magic, he had finally managed to achieve the same feat as the Ancient One, directly extracting a person's soul from their body.

With this ability, no matter how powerful or indestructible an enemy's physical body might be, as long as they had a soul, Jerry could teleport close and incapacitate them with a single move.

And when combined with the Sealing Magic from the thermos, the effect would be even better.

On the other side, the Scarlet Witch saw the massive Hulk being instantly "defeated" by the person who had been watching the entire time. She realized that Ultron's plan was likely to fail.

Jerry watched as the Scarlet Witch carried Quicksilver and flew away but did not stop her. Instead, he went to Star-Lord and the others, using Healing Magic to help them recover from their injuries.

Neither the Scarlet Witch nor Quicksilver were evil; they had lost their parents in a war when they were young, and the missile that killed their parents had been produced by Stark Industries.

That's why they had been misled by Hydra and Ultron, wanting to eliminate the Avengers and create a better world without war.

Once they returned and learned that Ultron's idea of a better world involved lifting the entire Sokovia into the air and simulating a meteor impact to destroy humanity, they would naturally come to their senses.

Sometimes, no matter how many times someone tells you something, you won't believe it until you see it with your own eyes.

Mainly, he didn't want to interfere too much with how events unfolded because he needed Vision to be born normally. Without Vision's help to drive Ultron out of the internet, Ultron couldn't be completely destroyed, even by Jerry himself.

Additionally, he needed to earn some Red Stars from this event to have enough to explore a new Mini World after the cooldown period.

"Grow!"

Jerry used Growth Magic to restore Groot, who had all of his limbs torn off by Hulk, to normal. Then, he approached Hulk, who was still standing there.

With a simple gesture, Jerry pulled Dr. Banner's soul back into his body.

Hulk's eyes snapped open.

"Witch, friend!"

Without the Scarlet Witch's mind control, Hulk was still angry, but clearly more rational.

Dr. Banner would transform into Hulk whenever he was angry, but that didn't mean Hulk was a mindless monster.

In reality, Hulk, despite his terrifying appearance and constant anger, had a childlike simplicity. As long as you treated him with a little kindness and less prejudice, he would consider you a friend.

"Hulk, it's been a long time!"

Jerry smiled and patted Hulk's shoulder, and Hulk didn't resist.

"The big guy is finally back. Wow, has Earth become this dangerous? I distinctly remember it being different when I was a kid."

Star-Lord dusted off his clothes and launched into his usual chatter.

"Hulk!"

Hulk turned to look at Star-Lord and the others, letting out a roar that seemed to express his regret for attacking them earlier.

However, his angry expression made it look like he wanted to fight them again, which almost made the others draw their weapons again.

Suddenly, a whistling sound came from the sky. Everyone looked up to see a red and gold robot speeding toward them.

"More enemies coming!"

Rocket jumped onto Groot's shoulders and pulled out his shock gun.

Star-Lord and the others quickly readied their weapons again.

"Don't worry, this time it's a friend!"

Jerry waved his hands, recognizing the rapidly approaching robot as Iron Man, Tony.

"Jerry, thank goodness, where have you been lately? We've been looking for you!"

Tony landed and looked at Jerry, visibly relieved.

He had just managed to take down one of Ultron's clones and learned from Ultron that a female Meta-human was trying to control Hulk. He rushed over to the Quinjet where Dr. Banner was.

Fortunately, Banner had transformed but didn't seem to be out of control. What surprised Tony the most was seeing Jerry, who had been missing for over half a year.

He had tried to contact Jerry during the attack on Sokovia's Hydra remnants and even visited personally after the Ultron incident.

However, Jerry's father, Has, told him that Jerry had been on a school internship for over three months and wouldn't return for another three months.

Investigations revealed that Columbia University had no such internship program.

So, they had to reluctantly give up on their most powerful ally.

Their recent attack on Ultron had left them heavily damaged, with Black Widow, Captain America, and Thor under the mental control of the female Meta-human and completely incapacitated at the dock.

Jerry's appearance was a much-needed boost for the isolated and desperate Tony.

"I've been off Earth, exploring other planets in the universe. I just got back and received Dr. Banner's distress call. Looks like you've had a rough time!"

Jerry smiled and explained.
