The Commander closed his eyes and tapped the table, wanting to curse but refraining due to his position, and sighed again.
Since taking over as Commander twenty years ago, he hadn't had a single day of peace.
"Send a squad to retrieve the remaining soldiers and bring all the collection ships back. We'll make further decisions after I report to the Supreme Intelligence."
"Yes, Commander!"
The female Kree saluted and left the Commander's office.

Since he had already considered the possibility of relocating residents into the ring world, he had divided the entire ring world in advance.
The current size of the ring world is roughly equivalent to two provinces, so he split it into two parts, separated by a vast ocean, forming two distinct landmasses.
One of these landmasses was reserved for his original villa, his Fantastic Beasts, and the various potions he had grown.
The other landmass resembled a typical Earth plain, with dense forests, grasslands covered in green, rivers and lakes, and various hills, as well as a wide variety of flora and fauna.
This was the area he had specifically prepared for the potential future residents.
