He felt that cooking should be left to the chefs, as it was their specialty. It wasn't that he disliked Lu Jiaxin's cooking, but he didn't see the need for it.
"Then I'll treat you to Italian food?"

Su Heyuan nodded.

Since it wasn't about business, which neither Gu Wenfeng nor Miao Na would understand or spread, it had to be a family matter. And given Su Hongying's previous appearance, something must have happened to her.
Su Heyuan shared, "The last time you saw my aunt, she looked pale, not because she was ill but because she had just had a miscarriage. If you hadn't mentioned it, she wouldn't have told us."
Lu Jiaxin, realizing it was a miscarriage, asked in confusion, "If she didn't want you to know, why didn't she find an excuse to stop me from coming over?"

Su Heyuan muttered, "I asked her to divorce, but she refused."
