Chapter 404: The Impassioned Performer
Chapter 404: The Impassioned Performer
Violin Mastery (Proficiency) → Violin Mastery (Expert) → Violin Mastery (Master)
Three levels of advancement appeared in the skill panel.
Lindsey unreservedly poured his experience points into the skill.
The Violin Mastery skill, at the Expert level, displayed a unique trait, and as it progressed to the Master level, it continued to evolve.
(Precise Rhythm) → (Impassioned Performer)
"..."
"Are they always this passionate?" Lin Sai couldn't help but ask the maiden beside him.
The situation on the deck reminded Lin Sai of a fan adoration event, the kind where both black and red fans coexisted in the same space.
Wah Wah Wah smiled and nodded, "They are quite emotionally invested."
"But if you were to invite a famous master artist to preside over the event, wouldn't they calm down significantly?"
"..."
Lin Sai was at a loss for words.
He had no intention of immersing himself in such frenzy.
Looking at the bustling audience, his gaze shifted to the man who had fainted on the ground.
"Lying on the ground like this is a bit dangerous."
To prevent a trampling incident from turning fatal.
Lin Sai prepared to slip in and drag the unconscious man out.
But just as he made his move, the maiden beside him reacted, singing softly with a smile, "Come down, King! Come down from the fountain that flows into the abyss!"
A stream of water emerged from the deck.
Dragging the unconscious man away from the crowd, the stream suddenly appeared, soaking the clothes of many and inciting a wave of anger.
"Who? Who splashed the water!"
"Resorting to such tactics when you can't win an argument, don't you feel ashamed?"
"Hey! Don't rub your wet legs on my clothes, which I just bought for 20 gold coins!"
"..."
"Pfft!"
Wah Wah Wah giggled, and together with Lin Sai, they dragged the unconscious man away from the crowd.
The two made their way to the cabin entrance, and the maiden sighed, "It's a pity that tonight's performance won't have a continuation."
Wah Wah Wah turned to Lin Sai, "But don't worry, if you feel lonely tonight, there will be another performance tomorrow."
Lin Sai was a bit surprised, "After such a noisy night, there will still be a performance tomorrow?"
Wah Wah Wah shrugged, "Noise aside, the show must go on."
The night grew darker.
On the vast sea, waves crashed against the ship, causing it to sway.
Unfortunately, it couldn't drown out the noise from the deck.
Wah Wah Wah yawned.
After teaching Lin Sai and then watching the performance on the deck, the maiden also felt tired.
She took the initiative to head towards the cabin, "I live in Cabin 2. If you want to learn any other instruments, feel free to come and find me."
"If you have any other instruments you'd like to learn, you can come to me anytime~"
"Well, not tonight, I'm already feeling a bit tired."
Lin Sai watched as the maiden left.
He also prepared to return to the cabin, so he patted the unconscious man, "Hey, wake up!"
The artist hadn't been too harsh.
Lin Sai patted him a couple of times, and the man woke up.
He looked at Lin Sai, then at the 'lively' stage on the deck, and he understood what had just happened.
"Sir, thank you for dragging me out!"
"If you don't mind, please tell me your name. I will remember this gratitude."
"Lin Sai." Lin Sai waved his hand and turned to leave, "It was just a small favor, you don't need to worry about it."
Lin Sai currently had no intention of causing trouble.
He thought about the vast sea before him, and this was his first time coming to this place. What would he harvest if he went fishing here?
